Driver was waiting on arrival and car was returned after a 10 minute wait on my return. Very good service overall.

Forget the long stay parking, waiting for buses and the "where did we park it?" when its midnight and you have just got off a 10 hour flight. We were called on time to confirm our arrival at the airport and met as per the instructions. It was then a simple walk from the Short Stay carpark to the terminal. On arrival back to the UK, a quick phone call once we had collected our bags meant that the car was outside the terminal within 10 minutes.

There was a slight hold up on the return as the driver was waiting outside departures and we were waiting in the car park. Probably a communications error!

Not only were we contacted as indicated on the website prior to our arrival at T1 we were promptly met by a friendly staff member in the location indicated in the booking confirmation. Upon our return we called the number provided and were 'reunited' with our car without any delay. I can recommend Heathrow Sky Super Saver to anybody and will definitely use this service again.

I good service which compares very favourably with the park and ride services. Twenty minute wait on collection which was only 5 minutes over the advertised 15 minute advertised time. Would use again

Initially concerened about leaving car, we arrived 45mins early but called ahead to explain. Nothing was a problem draiver arrived 10mins after our call. would definatly recomend them.

Staff were fantastic and overall service very good. Only sad patch was car was very dirty when recived so I guess must have been parked in open car park.

I was hesitant to use a different company but there quote was so much more competitive. I will definitely use them again. No problems at all.

At both ends, departing and arriving back in the UK the staff were punctual and very polite. They had called me in advance of my arrival - I didn't even have to ring them. My car was returned as it was left & I would not hesitate to use this service again. And the prices are a bargain! Thank you.

The driver was there to greet us even though we arrived earlier than booked.Swift hand over,and on return from our holiday we met the driver in the same place as drop off and he was there to meet us.Would recommend this company.

We had to wait half an hour for the car to be collected upon our arrival at the terminal. The whole point of meet and greet is to arrive at the terminal and to proceed without delay so this was very disappointing. Then, we had to wait over 20 minutes for the driver to bring the car after we had arrived in the car park expecting it to be there on our arrival. In both cases, we had made the necessary phone calls well in advance to ensure that a prompt service could be delivered. It was not!

I used the Meet & Greet service and I was a little late when dropping the car off. The man who met me was very polite and checked the car and noted the mileage. On my retrun my flight landed early and in ruch hour (18.15). When I rang the staff said it might be 30 mins before they got there which I was a little shcoked at. However, I was pleasantly surprised and by the time I got to the meeting place I only had to wait 5 minutes. My car was as I left it and the staff were all very polite and helpful. Will definitely use again.

Very good value for money for the time we parked and the staff were fine but it took 40 minutes to return the car when we were promised 20 mins. Also there was 122 miles on the clock which we were very surprised at. We may use them again if we can establish exactly where they park our car and will allow more time for them to return next time.

Easy to book. No hustle meet and greet. Flexible about the changes to the times of drop off and pick up. Minimum wait time. A small remark though - The car was returned with a few bird droppings on it (not their fault but leaves a bad impression and is easy to remove) and with muddy driver's carpet. Overall, would recommend as good value for money and reliable.

Outward journed was near perfect. Homeward journey - early January was a big disappointment. The driver could have kept us informed of the delay he had experienced in the tunnel instead of keeping us waiting in the freezing cold at the pick-up point for an exceptionally long time - so long in fact, that WE were forced to contact the company to find out where our car was.

It was the first time I used this company and they were the cheapest so I was a little anxious but, they were helpful as we turned up 30 mins early and we only had to wait 5 minutes. On arrival again they were very helpful on the phone and we only waited a couple of minutes for the car. The pick up and drop off at terminal 5 is very convenient as well. I would recommend this company to everyone .

The service worked exactly as it should have done and surprisingly was cheaper than the ones where you park and they shuttle you in by minibus. It was difficult to communicate by phone - the staff definitely need some training in speaking clearly and explaining things, though we were struggling with several changes of plan caused by the weather shutting Heathrow for several days. Also, the directions to the drop-off point were not as clear as they could have been for those who don't know their way round Heathrow, and we ended up in the wrong lane at the entrance to the car park and had to phone them to say where we were. However, all in all it was a good service and we would definitely use it again.
