Very good immediate pick up and reasonably swift on my return. Overall an excellent service better than my experience with Purple parking.....

Upon arrival we called the number as directed, the gentleman on the phone was too quick in my opinion to try and get off the phone rather than giving decent instructions....we ended up in the wrong car park and he had to come to us as he was unable again to give any clear instructions that were understood by any of the travelling party. Finally we managed to get away however upon returning into the country we had exactly the same issue, the gentleman on the phone was unable to offer any clear directions and when I attempted to reiterate what he was telling me came across extremely patronising ! Finally when managing to find the car my questions to clarify where to go were justified and in fact the whole process could have been quite simple! With travelling frequently over to geneva i would need a trustworthy company to book car parking with, I'm unsure as to whether I would use your company again.

An excellent service. I flew in and out of China over a two-week period and the transition to my car was faultless. Moreover, the drivers called me at exactly the right time in each direction to ensure the handover was spot-on – which it was. I thoroughly recommend this service and would not hesitate to use them again.

Good service and excellent value for money. Was the cheapest of the lot when I booked.Phoned to tell them I would be late while dropping off 1100hrs. No problem. Car was picked up within 10 min. Car was ready when I arrived at pick up point at 1330. Easy instructions to dropoff point both online and over the phone.Would recommend and use drive fly again.

I was very happy with this experience. Although the instructions on the confirmation were different, I had to meet the driver at the passenger drop-off zone instead of the short stay car park. Which was better in my opinion anyway.

Was met at the airport on time, in fact we were early and that was not a problem. On arrival we phoned when we were at baggage proceeded outside and waited 10 minutes and the car was there. I would recommend and will use again.

Instructions were easy to follow for drop off and pick up. The staff were helpful and polite and punctual. I have no concerns recommending this to others. In fact, I have recommended this service to my work colleagues who travel regularly.

I have used this service many times when travelling for business or holiday. I find it extremely useful when I am travelling on my own returning late - I don't have to wait aroun for buses and walk around car parks looking for my car. They have always been polite and prompt and there have never been any problems with my car. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Quick and efficient. Driver went out of his way to return, when we had forgotten an item in the car. Very grateful for this excellent level of customer service.

could not understand the person on the phone there fore ended up in the wrong drop off point

I've used the service twice in the last few weeks and they have been really good. One trip with my wife and two kids and the other alone for business. Both times the driver was there to collect the car as I arrived at the airport and both times the car was returned within 15 minutes of my calling them. On the second trip my estimated arrival times changed because of delayed flight times but they were still able collect and deliver when I needed them to. It really is so much more convenient than using the park and ride bus services. I really cannot fault them and will definitely use them again.

Car was collected shortly after we arrived at the designated space although this was a little difficult to find. Details could have been clearer as to where the car was to be delivered but when found the car was delivered very promptly despite heavy traffic. Best Meet and Greet we have used.

Our driver phoned to confirm arrival time and was very helpful in letting us know where to go. He turned up promptly to collect the car and was polite and helpful. On return, I called immediately on landing as instructed only to be told to ring again once we'd collected our bags. It then took about 15 minutes for the driver to return with the car, it could have been quicker but still far better than waiting for a car park bus etc. Car returned in good condition with just 8 miles on the clock (nothing for Heathrow). Had obviously been parked exposed to the weather as it was a little dirty but nothing untoward. Didn't cost much more than park and ride alternatives so good value and a lot more convenient.

The overall service was excellent and great value for money. I was met promptly at the airport both on the outbound and inbound journey.

Drop off they were waiting for me, and on return, the vehicle turned up quicker than it took for my wife to go and buy a cup of coffee.
