The meet & greet on arrival was efficient and well managed. My car was cleaned before I dropped it off at Heathrow but it was delivered back to me with mud splashes all over it and damage which was not present when I dropped it off. It looks to me that the car was reversed into another or vice versa since I now have rear bumper damage, and there is a significant chip on the upper wing near the wing mirror. I reported it to the returning driver who confirmed that these were not noted on original arrival. I then had to phone the central team, who then proceeded to request that I submit details by email. I am still waiting for a response and a resolution.

A very good value service. I would definitely use gosimply again and recommend it to friends.

They came on time for both departure and arrival, which is most important for the service provider.

great service - I would recommend to anyone, especially when travelling with small children, make the journey just that bit easier!

Overall, a perfectly good service. The driver was late collecting the car, but it wasn't his fault -- there were bad traffic problems at the (different) terminal he was dropping off another car. In general these things can happen, and the moral is to plan to be there early! However, (a) I had to ring them up to find out what was going on rather than their ringing me first (after I'd done so they were very helpful and good at keeping me informed) and (b) I would say that delays might be more of a problem for smaller companies.

I have used other meet & greet services before, but I found Sky Super Saver the best in terms of punctuality and friendliness. It was straight forward, non-fussy process from booking on line to the delivery of my car on my return. good value too.

We were met as arranged in terminal 5 parking. The driver was courteous and friendly. Checked around the car and assisted with our luggage, took the mileage all efficiently. Our return flight was on time and the car was waiting for us. I would use them again and the service was as expected! On terminal five the return for business parking is not clearly signed so please clarify the level you need.

The meet and greet service was great, no waiting to catch bus to airport or returning to pick up car. At a very small additional cost a excellent service, will definately use again when flying from Heathrow.

the phone call 1/2 hour before arrival was great as it allowed me to confirm exactly where to go. Everything was very smooth from booking through to collection. I appreciated the returning driver waiting beside the car until I had actually driven off as I arrived home after 10pm in the dark

We arrived early for our outward journey and only had to wait about 10mins. On our return we phoned as we got our luggage and the car arrived promptly after that. I would ceratinly use the Company again

Very efficient booking system. Drop off at the airport was very simple and even when we phoned to say we were 1 hour earlier than expected, we only had to wait 10 minutes for the driver to collect the car. Again collection was great, very simple. We arrived at terminal 5 and there wasn't a very long transit even though we had to use the train for part of it and we only had hand luggage so next time I will probably ring as we are getting off the plane to save some of the waiting around at collection.

Easy to book even with less than 12 befor arrival my job can take me away at the drop of a hat and it's good to know i can ring up our book on line no problems.

Parking was booked for the convenience and for the fact it was cheaper than weren't meet and greet. All in all the service couldn't be faulted. We got a phone call 30 minutes before we were due to arrive at the terminal to make sure we knew where to go and it was no problem when we explained we were running 30 minutes late. The driver was polite and friendly and even wished us a nice holiday and asked where we were going. On return we just had to call after collecting our bags and after the walk from baggage via a coffee outlet our car was there waiting for us. An excellent service, which I will definately use again.

Slight delay in returning car (less than 10 mins) but good service overall

Finding the drop of location was easy and the lift from the business parking area went strait into departures. I did have to wait 10 min for the car to be collected but since I arrived 30min earlier than expected this was fine, still les time than a traditional park and ride, and cheaper too. On my return the car was ready and waiting for me. The milage was as advertised (8 miles only) and the car was in good condition, it had obviously been parked outside but this is what I expected. Overall a very efficient service and extremely well priced, it was cheaper than all of the park and ride options and quicker into the bargain.

First time with this service. Well pleased. Will use again. Recommended.
