If you're departing from Heathrow Terminal 5, then Long Stay Plus is a quick and easy parking option. Just drop your car off at reception and staff will park your car whilst you board the transfer bus. When you return, pick your vehicle up in the Short Stay Car Park, adjacent to the terminal.

Arrival Procedure
On entry, keep to the right-hand side. Follow the orange road markings to the right and back around to the Long Stay Plus reception building. Park in an open drop-off lane and report to reception with your booking details. You will be required to leave your keys with the car park, and they will park your car for you while you catch a transfer bus to the airport terminal.
Departure Procedure
Proceed to the Valet Reception located on the ground floor of the Short Stay Car Park, adjacent to Terminal 5. Quote your booking reference, and you will be given your keys and a validated car park ticket, which you can use to exit.
Transfers
Transfers via courtesy coach are provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Vehicle restrictions
There is a vehicle height restriction of 2.4 metres.

The whole terminal 5 experience was very good, we actually allowed to much time as we have found at other airports the transfer time etc can add an hour on to travelling time. However we had an early flight and arrived 30 mins before check ins opened. Route given on booking was excellent, it seems strange that it is difficult from M$ junction 4, we did try as we were so early but couldn't find the directions at all. However everything else was well worth the cost, almost valet parking without the valet parking price.

The directions to the car park were more than adequate. The lady was helpful and efficient. The bus was waiting to take us the short distance to the terminal. The problem was on the way back when we waited for half an hour for the bus back to the car park and the queue was so big by that time that half the people did not get on. This was very disappointing as we were expecting a bus every ten minutes. The lady in the office did apologise and say that she would look into it but it spoiled the end of our holiday a little.

My arrival and departure were not at peak times and as a result the service could not be bettered. I will use the Long Term Plus Terminal 5 car park again. Thank you

Leaving the car at the depot is much more convenient than searching for a parking place,especially as the total cost of parking was competitive

It may have been because I was not aware enough but on entering the car park I was not immediately aware of where I was supposed to go, and ended up going to the left on entrance, around the car park and out again. Maybe if I had been coming from the direction of the terminals it would have been more obvious. It would be very helpful if there was notice directly IN FRONT of the entrance barrier, on the car park side, directing Long Stay Plus customers to the right.

Not a cheap option but the location of the facility makes eveything very convenient. Service was exellent and this is what you want particularly on return when all I want to do is to get home.

every thing went fine untill I tried to find the parking lot, once that was obtained it went quite well, parked in the diasbled space due to my my wife being disabled, had to struggle to get everthing on the bus, on return the driver let down a ramp for the wheel chair so we could get it on, pity the first driver did not do that! the guy and staff you see to get a ticket paid so you can get out of the parking lot to start your journey home said that he wanted £54.00 more was unrelenting in his atitude untill I asked to see or speak to some one from your company, he then gave me a ticket out but demanded the email confiming my bookings etc, not a nice person to meet, liitle man in authority syndrome.

the car park was easy to find, staff were very friendly, the buses ran frequently and smoothly, car was ready and waiting on arrival. whole thing was nice and hastle free from start to finish.

Good value for parking which is not distant from the airport. You leave your car to the right as you enter and it is parked by their personnel at a later stage. It is there waiting for you on your return (depending on flight no. etc.) However, the provided directions are either inadequate or wrong, and the site is not marked at all on the road. I found it necessary to perform several u-turns to check different locations and ask. This was frustrating and irritating, especially since the problem is so easily remedied and the staff seemed unconcerned.

The transfer to the airport took some time, approx 15-20 mins. I thought it was a bit expensive as it was only for 5 days.

There were two members of staff but they could only deal with one customer at a time because they only had one palm computer, to access the information. So, we had to wait.

We recommend using the directions provided and an up-to-date map to locate the car park. Please be aware that satellite navigation systems vary and are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park.
From the M4 at Junction 4:
- Follow signs to T5 and Long Stay Parking.
- Turn right onto the Northern Perimeter Road and follow signs for T5.
- The Long Stay Plus Terminal 5 car park is situated on the left-hand side.
From the M25 at Junction 14A:
- Follow signs to T5 Long Stay car park.
- Turn left onto Western Perimeter Road and follow around to Northern Perimeter Road.
- Long Stay T5 is on the right-hand side, immediately after the car rental area.
