I left my car on Long Stay Parking Terminal 4 for 12 days. It wasn't hard to find the parking. Tranfer was immediate and took about 5 minutes. On our return I found my car with flat battery, I rung insurer and car dealer and both offered me help in 3-4h, so I went to cutomer service at the parking seeking help. Gentleman asked me in which aile is my car and said that he will send someone. After 5 minutes really nice man from service arrived and sorted my issue. I was affraid that I will be charged for help plus 4 hours delay because of the flight but NO. Really reccommend!

Found the service to be as described. Both the return driver in particular was extremely helpful with helping us with our luggage (as we have two small children in tow). Would definitely use again (if the current offer were available again).

Timing of transfers was good waiting time was short so I will use the same company again

Overall very good and would definately use again. The only minor issue was that the confirmation said we would be picked up from bus stop 23 at terminal 4 heathrow. However, this was incorrect and the actual bus stop was in fact number 3. Other than that all went smoothly

Everything was ok until I came back to uk , kept waiting for The transfer to happen from healthrow to the car park and after 55 minutes of waiting realised that something was wrong Upon inquiring found out the information sent in the all was wrong And instead of bus stop 23 I was going to be picked up from bust stop 3, But no one bothered to update and hence wasted 1 hr approximately That's the last thing you want is to wait outside the airport for 1 hr in cold . So be careful for everyone who will be using this service !

turn up take a ticket, come back put the ticket in the slot, go home.... simple!

The barrier recognised our number plate and applied our pre purchase code so that our exit despite snow was trouble free. The transfer bus arrived quickly with a helpful driver and on return was instant. transfer to terminal 4 was quck and easy

It took a bit of time to find an available space but the subsequent transfer took only a few minutes and a bus was waiting outside Terminal 4 on our return.

I have used this car park a few times now when flying from T4 and even though it isn't the cheapest I have found it the best.On one occasion a 2 years ago my car had been parked for four weeks in temperatures of -18 mC .My car would not start .A starter battery system was made available quickly and I was soon up running .

Parking was easy to locate and close to the terminal. No problem finding a parking space and efficient transfer to/from the terminal. Cost for 14 days was very reasonable considering it was Heathrow. Overall much better than our experience at Bristol and Birmingham.

This is the first time I needed to use the long stay car park as I live quite close to the airport but i wanted the convenience of being able to drive my car and not wait for a bus or a taxi. It was a very smooth transition from the car park to the airport and very easy to find especially at 5.30am! On my return, only had to wait 5 mins and a bus arrived to take us back to the car park! Quick, easy and convenient and I will definitely be using them again!

Although this wasn't the cheapest option it was worth the additional cost for a stress-free option. It was easy to find and transfers were quick and punctual.

Thank you! Our experience was so smooth. We easily found a parking space, parked and within minutes three buses had arrived to take us to the terminal. Likewise on our return we had a bus immediately outside and were transferred straight to the car. I would definitely use again.

The whole process from booking to arriving at Terminal 4 could not have been easier. Completely hassle free and I would always use this service again

Hi we hadn't pre booked before... But actually found that this saved us £30 When we got back there was a bus, and it set off immediately... Very impressed.

the on-line preocess was very straigh-forward and the shuttle service was prompt (both to the gate and back top the vehicle). PLan to use it again.

Departed from Terminal 4 with no problems. Do check your return Terminal, I arrived back at Terminal 1 - it took an age to get back to the car park so it would have been better for me to park at Terminal 1. It is great to park and keep your own keys.

I was pleased to learn that the bus stop for the transfer was immediately outside the building and therefore didn't have far to go with my luggage especially as i was on my own. I thought the transfer was efficient and the driver did help me with my big bag when he saw that I was only a small lady and struggling with it. He dropped me off at the stop nearest my car though I'm not sure if that is his normal route or the fact that I informed him that I wanted to go to zone D, and I was the only passenger on his bus. If passengers are supposed to inform the bus driver of the zone required, it might be an idea to put it in the notes to customers. As for the security, lighting and parking surface, well I can't really comment on that because I arrived in the day to pick up the car and my husband also arrived in the day to drop off the car for his outward bound flight in the same day. I didn't make a note of the parking surface.
