UB8 Meet and Greet Parking

Booked late Sunday for early Monday. No booking when called Monday morning so delayed. Text 2 hours before arriving to say was on flight, but again no booking and was an hour late. Excellent price, and people very friendly, so would put down to late booking and try once more.

Although I had called 30 minutes in advance of my arrival at Heathrow for departure, and arrived precisely on time as advised, the driver was not available for a further 15 minutes after my arrival time.

we arrived back in the uk after being away almost a month to loads of snow and ice and freezing condistions, my car arrived on time with a smile from the guy who brought it to us. great value for money and i would highly recomend.

Efficient service by telephone for drop off, guys were there waiting. No problems for documents, collection or hand over. Seemed a little too simple!! Did I miss something? And oh my!! The price is the same as normal parking so why on earth would you put yourselves through all that off site nonsense!! Recommended!!

They flattened my battery, knew this the day before I returned and rather than sort it out they managed to immobilise the car. On my return there was no car, apology, or taxi (repeatedly asked for); I got home 2 hours later than I would have and the car was still at UB8 quite stressed in spite of having had a perfect flying experience. Their manager had a list of explanations of how I had flattened the battery from 39000 feet over the Atlantic which he further augmented with my battery was kaput, the car wasn't charging the battery, and it was the wrong battery for the car (all complete rubbish but at the time I assumed that they had damaged the car). They refused to deliver my car back fixed and insisted I collect it, I said I would sue. Their owner then called reiterated all the rubbish about how it was my fault and not theirs but said he would bring the car back 2 days after I returned and no way would he spend a penny on fixing my car or give me a penny (not that I had asked). He and his manager brought the car back and the long list of alleged faults with my car had mysteriously gone away. This little and large couple did give me one laugh, just when I thought they were working up to a grudging and overdue apology - they confirmed their status as dodgy duckers and divers from an alternative universe and give me a bill for bringing my car back!
