Easy to locate your car on return, secure exit system. Make sure you get on the Handforth Dean coach on return as Airparks run two different coaches to two sites.

We found the carpark very easily with the directions given. The staff were very helpful when I realised I had lost my confirmation. It was effortlessly sorted out and we were quickly transferred to the Airport. On our return we went to where we were dropped off and the bus was there to pick us up. We were soon on our way home after picking up the car keys, the staff were very courteous and helpful, I would recommend this Airpark, first cloass srvice. Thank you

Check-in was easy when I had found the office (marked "key pick-up point). I telephoned for a "meet & greet" from Dubai & was told to just phone from the baggage hall on return to confirm. It appears that this message was not passed on to the "day shift" who knew nothing about the arrangement, however the car arrived promptly at the airport with courtesy after the phone call. The only negative comment was the car was obviously parked under a tree (for a month) with resin & bird droppings all over. A good car wash soon dealt with this. Very good I would use this service again

we have used the service at Handforth Dean many times - this year 1st June - coming back on the 15th June. Staff are always courteous, friendly, helpful and efficient. I would recommend this service to anyone, and I'll be using you again next year! Cheers Josie Batterley.

Easy to find.Straight forward to book in.Close to airport. Did not have to wait for pick up upon return,which was a blessing after 4 hour delay. This is the second time we have used Airparks,and we shall again.

would definitely use again office staff, driver and helper on shuttle bus were all very helpful and cheery on return from airport the bus was about to pull out but stopped when he saw us- glad we didint have to wait for the next one!

Much easier to find than I first thought, the service was quick and very simple. The transfers were comfortable and the driver courteous. I'll be back!

the only problem with this car park is the drive to and from the airport other then that we had no problems parking,getting a transfer and being collected by the bus as we arrived.the next time i use this park i will get my car delivered to the airport so i can leave and go on my way as soon as possible.

we had quite a good experience of this car park for our holiday. they do try and pack the shuttle bus very very full which caused us to have to stand at 2am with very tired children but everything was fine!

Perfect place, with Tescos 24hrs just next door, so you can get off the flight buy your groceries and go home. 15 mins from the airport with bust service in every 20 mins. Staff is very helpful.

Getting there and parking good, also did not have to wait more than 10 minutes for the bus. However on arrival at Manchester I had a wait of 55 minutes for the bus to arrive. There were too many people to load onto 1 bus and the driver did his best to get as many people on as possible. This took ages. Also far too many people crammed on the bus, in my opinion a health and safety issue. My car was also not parked in the bay as indicated on the fob and therefore it took another 15 minuteds to find my car with the help of an attendant. A poor service. They could definately do better.

Trouble free parking, a map of the location of the carpark - or something saying it was to the right Tescos would help in finding it.

We had to wait over 45 minutes to be picked up and when we got back, the car battery was totally flat because they had LEFT THE IGNITION ON!!!! Then they were rude and offensive when we wanted them to sort out the problem!!

Very easy to find, good facilities, clean efficient buses for the transfer to and from the airport.Helpful staff who will handle your luggage on and off the bus for you if required.Only a short drive into the airport.Very frequent transfers to and from the airport.Your car is parked up for you and close to the airpark checkin when you return.Excellent value for money.

We were very pleased with the service at Handforth Dean . We plan to use them again very shortly ,we have also recommended them to our Daughter who is also going to use them very soon .

I arrived at the car park at 03:45 in light rain. The staff were quite brusque and not particularly helpful. I found the procedures of leaving the car keys confusing. However, the transfer to the airport was punctual. The return trip in the afternoon, however was efficient and the experience more pleasant.Although, I live locally to the airport, it was more convenient for me - and cheaper at that time of night - to park my car than to use a taxi. I would use airparks again particularly now that I know the routine.

You need to allow plenty of time for the transfer but so long as you do this, this car park offers brilliant value for money - we haven't parked anywhere else since we discovered it!

Good price,quick transfer,just a short walk from drop off point to terminal.Would use again if price remains competative.
