The parking and transfers to airport were quick and easy also on return we were picked up with not too long to wait and had car returned within two minutes of entering the office ,,no silly paper work to fill in. Thankyou for making the start and finish of our holiday stree free

took advantage of their meet and greet on our return, well worth £20 saving the hassle of getting to the railway station waiting for everyone to arrive there, then the bus to the car park.

My only grumble was that when I returned the girl answering the phone insisted the I clear customs and ring again to arrange my car to be delivered. I was not at my best at 6.30am on a Sunday morhing after an eight hour over night flight.

we were left waiting for 30 minutes in the freezing cold. Other people had been waiting much longer. We were about to pay for a taxi when the pickup finally arrived. The parking is a considerable distance from the airport. Would prefer to pay slightly more and have better pick up and less distance from the airport

My only problem was trying to find where to get the coach on our return, perhaps a small illustration on the ticket would help, there are no signposts until you are actually at the bus stop. and there is no information at the bus stop. but all in all I an quite happy for the service. I will be using the service again.

Bought as a hotel/parking package.No problems at all picked up and dropped off within 5 minutes.Much faster than we have been before

Staff were very helpful,coaches prompt. only downside was that the coach did not drop of at terminal 3, instead I had to change to the airport transfer bus at terminal 1. This meant a longer transfer time both on departure and arival than I had expected.

i found the service excellent and easy to use, all that i expected, i would definitley book this service again

Easy to find, Helpfull staff, simple process. Got parked straight away, jumped on the Bus and went straight to the Airport. On return we waited no more thatn 20 mins for the return bus, collected the car and left. I will definately use this facility again.

Was so eay, stafff were polite and friendly. When we dropped the car off and went to check in at reception, we were offered the meet and greet upon our return. We have previously had a bad experience with this (Another company though) so we were a bit unsure. Decided to do it and wow what a fab way to end our holiday, car was at the airport carpark and we were met by a friendly and helpful guy who handed the keys over and let us out. Thank you so much. Arrived and checked car in without any fuss. Shuttle bus to airport, journey time 10 minutes. On return journey we did not have to wait long for the shuttle bus and the driver was really friendly. Collected car again with no fuss and it was parked close to the office so within easy reach. I would use the car park again if travelling from Manchester airport as they provide a hassle free service at a good price.

Although some way out from the airport we followed the instructions and arrived on time - beware of the speed cameras on the approach - checked in without hassle and boarded the transfer bus. This took about 10/15 minutes with drop off (and collection) at the usual Airparks drop-off point. Buses are about every 20 minutes.

I was flying from terminal 2 and the drop off point was not good for me as it left a considerable walk to the check in area.

Overall service and friendliness very good, especially given the icy weather conditions when we arrived back in England!!

The onlyproblem we experienced was the barrier would not let us go through with the card that we had paid the booking with. We had to press the help button which the operator told us to just go through and keep receipt for return. When we returned same thing happened it said we owed the money, we had to press the help button again and give him the reference number which he then allowed us through. On the booking form it does say that you just need to put the card that you made booking with in the machine and that is it. Other than that little blip everything was fine. Our family was travelling back and landing in the early hours. The lady serving was alert to the fact that we had an infant and suggested we might like to use the meet and greet service. Although £20, it was a seriously helpful service and I was glad of the suggestion. I found the other staff helpful (happy to drop the keys in the right box for you, helpful on the bus and when picking up he car).

Directions from West seemed unusual, BUT are absolutely accurate and easy from the M56. Although according to notices posted on the coach, the drivers are not allowed to help, our driver was most helpful on both occasions. We shall be using the carpark again during 2009.

We'd been here before and were happy to do so again. On arrival one conveniently parks outside the reception office and the staff move the car on from there. On the return they hand over the key and give directions to the aisle where the car is parked a few yards away. A minor gripe is that the parking surface is not tarmac and it can be a rough drag for the luggage.

On line service fine. The actual park had a cramped office and brusque staff. Arrived early hours of the morning in torrential rain. Directions for arrival procedure not clear so was not aware not to unload car until after booking in. Everyone trying to get themselves and luggage into office. Staff abrupt and unsympathetic telling everyone to leave luggage outside.! Long transfer especially those having to stand.

The service was a pleasant experience and all instructions on finding the car park in the first instant was good
