The staff encountered were quite friendly, the buses used were nice and clean and driven in an appropiated manner. On arrival back at Manchester late at night the bus was already waiting to take us back to the car park. As I am away for five days again this week I have no hesitation in booking again

the hotel was pleasant, however the fact we were given , no sat nav in this vehicle stickers to display when we booked in was a worry, and on return to the hotel was told by the coach driver , the hotel is used by the local council to re-house all homeless in the area and we have loads of hassle, didnt bode well for anyone who is leaving vehicles there, wondering if or what they will return too.

On the way to the airport we nad to wait about 20 mins as we had just missed a bus but at least we could board the bus and did'nt have to wait outside. On the return journey we had to wait 20 mins outside at 5 in the morning while a bus came it would have been better if a bus had been waiting so we could have at least been warm while we waited for the bus to leave at the allocated time.

The service and cost were excellent. The only downside was that we had to wait for 45 minutes at the airport on our return for a bus to pick us up. This was due to, we understand, a staff shortage. Being a warm evening and having been only on a short flight, this didn't present a big problem but may have done after a long flight in the middle of winter. Overall, however, very professional staff and well organised operation.

When we arrived we were offered the meet and greet service for an extra £20. Definitely worth it for us with 3 children and luggage for 5 people. It saved a lot of time on our return journey and the service was excellent, car waiting with boot open, very civilised!

When we arrived at the park we where told our car would be parked back in the same lane as when we dropped it off, this was just outside the office on a concrete standing. When we arrived back our car was parked about 200 yards away, having three bags all heavy plus hand luggage and being disabled, I was disgusted when we had to drag our bags over cinder path ways to our car. We wont be using this company again. After travelling for hours this is the last thing we needed.

I was a little confused over the key system to which i was asked to put my car keys into the red box outside.I was asked to put the keys into the pigeon hole which corresponded with what traffic lane i was in.I couldnt see what lane i was in as all the road was covered by vehicles.I had to go back inside to ask what lane my car was in.Secondly, i had to leave my luggage unattended for some minutes whilst i went to retrieve my car for the return home journey.I was travelling alone and no one was available to make sure no one approached my luggage. Lastly, the road signs pointing to enter the M56 or M60 or to go straight ahead on the A34 was confusing. I ended up going straight ahead on the A34 and couldnt do a U-turn for about 2 miles. I eventually doubled back but it put an extra half hour on my journey.Apart from that, i woiuld not hesitate to use your services again. That was my second time using your car park facility. I will be probably be using them again in October. Tanks very much. S.P.Dunn (Mr).

We were flying to the USA from Manchester T2 the drop off and pick up point is at the station which is a long trek from the actuall arrivals/departures area. Having to transport all your baggage this distance is a problem and there is a drop off/pick up point directly outside the arrivals/departure area which other companies use. Value for money and the service provided were good but be warned if flying from Manchester to USA if you have children, heavy luggage or disabilities as the trek to and from the drop of point is a long one.

I got there a day ealier than booked but staff sorted problem extremely quickly and efficiently.The coach driver was very pleasant and helpful and the transfer was very quick.On return we were picked up very soon after arrival by the same helpful and friendly driver.I had mislaid my ticket but the problem was rectified with minimum of fuss whilst maitaining security.Thanks for a great service,it helped to make the holiday and I would certainly recommend you to others.

The car park is in a nice area, but dusty surface (tends to be a general problem). Although it didn't bother me much as I was flying from terminal 1 which is the nearest to the station were everybody is transported to, but in case of plenty of luggage and other terminals it's a disadvantage that they don't take you to the specific terminal. Although easy on leaving, I found it a bit confusing when trying to find the place to get the bus on the way back. It was good value for money but not perfect.

Car park was great, had no problems at all. Was the best low cost carpark I have found. Excellent bus service, car park was easy to find and only 10-15mins away from airport. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was no problems with my car on picking it up.

The car park is too far from the airport it is a good half hour journey, and the drop off & pick up point is a good walk to and from the Terminals, I will pay the extra £10 next time for a car park nearer the Airport that drops you off at the appropriate Terminal. Then we where left waiting half an hour for the bus at the Airport at 1.15am 11/04/07, this is the last thing you want after a longish flight and at this hour in the morning.

The company are a proper organised business not a shady back street outfit.Smart uniformed staff and very new clean well kept transfer buses. The only possible down side is the distance(15 mins) from the airport. Most people arrive at the airport with time to spare so this is of little importance to most travellers. This is the third time I have used this company,it wont be the last !!!

on my way home I called to arrange to be met at the Airport. I was then told by the driver that I had to pay £1.50 because I had paid by credit card. In fact I paid with my connect card which is the same as a cheque. I paid the money but I think you should not make this mistake too often.

swift and efficient service. the bus was waiting for us when we arrived at the car park and most importantly when we got back from our long flight. which made the journey seamless. the driver was also full of cheer which was nice to be greeted back to the country by someone who was cheerful and courteous. will definately use service again if flying from manchester. judith

The facility is perhaps too far from the airport and long delays are possible in peak times causing services to be missed out altogether. I was waiting for 35 minutes when the schedule is 20 minutes. When I told the staff this they said something like "OH! the 6 o'clock bus must have stuck in the traffic as if it was a mystery. With the numbe of radio calls I heard whilst on the bus they were treating passengers like fools; they had to know it didn't arrive! Secondly signs in the bus said they couldn't help with baggage due to health and safety. Have they not heard of training? What happens to the old lady with the big case do the other customers have to help. Overall I am not impressed. I didn't complain on the day because these issues reflect bad management so why bother telling them? I don't believe that would have changed anything. Overall I felt that they would only start listening if the business starts to fail. I won't be using them again and judging by the number of people on the buses it shouldn't be too long unless the busy holiday periods keep them afloat.

I fully appreciate that the drivers should not be lifting our luggage, but on both journeys they did, and put them on the top shelf. They then left us to take them down,but at only 5ft this was impossible and caused some delay while other passengers tried to help.

have parked at lots of airport parking places, and this was one of the best.it was easy to find, checking in went smoothly. on return the transfer coach was waiting for us, and our car was within walking distance for collection.altogether cannot fault it, and it was very reasonably priced as well.

The dropping and waiting area was far on my opinion from the terminal departure and arrival. Since it was my first time to use your company, I got lost on my way back from my trip coz, I've waited on the wrong side of the bus waiting area. there should be signs all the way from the departure area saying " airpark customers this way". Anyway, I found it and arrived home safely, that's what counts. Thanks a lot and for the next time, I will not be lost.

The staff at the reception 'cabin' were very helpful and very quick with service. There were quite a number of people there when I arrived but there was no waiting around since everyone was dealt with very quickly. The transport was waiting and left within minutes of my arrival. The driver kindly helped me with my case. On my return there was a wait of about 20 minutes, but was able to wait inside, out of the cold. Service on the coach was excellent both ways. Thank you for providing this excellent service I look forward to using your services again and will be recommending you to friends.
