our flight was due in at 7.45 but arrived early at 7am. Airpark should have monitered this but instead we were stood in the cold for almost 2 hours, it was 8.45 before anyone collected us. Then we had a half hour trip through rush hour traffic before we reached the carpark. Once there tho the service improved.

the price was competative and location easy to find.journey time to and from airport was reasonable but waiting for bus doubled the time.drop off point means you have to spend further time walking to check in.could have done with clearer instructions on locating pick up point on return.

En route to the airport I discovered that I had left my mobile phone in my car. On arrival at the airport I asked my driver, given the prevailing traffic conditions, how long it would take for me to make a return trip back with him and collect it, at which he telephoned the car park, a member of staff then collected my phone, gave it to the driver of the next coach to leave and passenger and phone were reunited within 20 minutes. Excellent service, why look for anywhere else to park?

Excellent value. I will definate recommend to others. The cost of this car park was less than half of what I would normally pay and I was suprised at the high standard of the facilities. Easily on a par with premier parking at the airport and at a fraction of the cost.

It was simple. Met by staff when we arrived and given clear directions on what to do. Everyone was very friendly. Got on the bus and was soon at the airport. On our return we just hopped on the bus, staff again were very helpful and we picked up our car and were on our way within 10 to 15 minutes. Highly recommend Airport Parks

Couldnt recall on return if I should ring the number on the token or not. Was cross outed but as a photo copy didnt know if this was a highlight or not. Rang the number several times on our return but it gave out an engaged tone which was very frustrating. Eventually walked to pick up point and the bus was there. Car battery flat when returning to car but they had a charer on site and this was very quickly attended too.

Easy to find and straightforward check-in. It was quite a distance from the airport, but this was made clear when we booked and wasn't a problem. Buses were waiting to transfer us to and from the airport on each journey. It would have been better if they dropped off actually at the terminal, but the walk from the station was not long and was well signed. I would recommend them.

When I arrived back my car had a flat batterry which was jump started by Airparks Staff within 5 minutes. Remarkable.

From an easy-to-use website, very economical rates, excellent service at o300hrs. 'simply parking' is the service for all discerning holiday travellers!

Directions given to find the car park were very clear. Service was very polite and helpful, both at the car park and bus driver. Have recommended to my friends already.

I cannot thank Airparks services enough. They were more than helpful on arrival and departure and were very helpful in getting our car started on a freezing cold January morning. Well done, team!

Very pleased! Courteous staff and excellent transfers. I have used other airport parking services, but I would definitely rate this as the best and would use again.

From drop off/pick up point to terminal a bit of a drag. Car park a fair way out but at the price quite understandable. As stated coach driver very helpful, cheerful and understanding. Reception team very helpful and efficient. Good value and will use again. Thank you.

Airparks Manchester was easy to find - well directed using information recd from the website. Once there, the details of how to park and where to register were clear. Would've appreciated being informed how often the coaches were and when the next one was, instead we were just left to wait outside in the freezing cold with little information about when the next one would arrive. Journey to airport was relatively quick with dropoff only at terminal 2 which was a bit of pain as travelling from terminal 1! We returned to the same point for pickup 4 days later and the coach was already there which was good. Back at the airparks the receipt of key and drive off was very quick, meaning we could depart within 5 mins of arriving at Airparks. Overall, we found the experience excellent value for money but if we'd paid more, would perhaps have expected more such as the points made above. Would recommend the park to others looking for a no-frills transfer with minimum fuss.

They're a good organisation. The building could do with upgrading but this doesn't detract from the service.

Excellent service, just a little too far out in my opinion. Extremely helpful staff and my thanks to your member of staff who boost started my vehicle within 5 minutes of me finding a flat battery.

Location bad due to state of car park. I think when the bus sets off for the airport for returning passengers, staff should de-ice customers cars ready for collection. Plus bus drivers need educating due to erratic driver on our return. I am a coach driver myself and an instructor.

must be able to carry your own luggage and put it on shelving yourself .bus does not drop you off at terminal building drops you at station which involves possible long walk with luggage.On return journey after phoning for bus to pick up 5 people plus luggage a transit van with a trailer arrived, which wasnt big enough as other people had also phoned were told another bus would arrive within 5mins next one arrived 70 MINS LATER .with not even an appology. would not reccomendthis car park at all .

We should have left more time to take the M60 rush hour slowness into account at 7.30 - 9.00 but now we are aware of that we would certainly use Airparks in future. The airport is a bit of a maze when you land at a different Terminal but, once we headed towards the Station it was no problem

Staff where polite and helpfull. A short distance from airport. The down side was having to walk all the way from terminal 2 to the pick up point which we have never don before and after a long day it would be nice to just walk out to the bus. Apart from that it was OK. Many thanks Dave Utley
