There was no worries about the security of the car or getting to the airport,it was simply a case of getting to the carpark,on a bus to the airport enjoy the holiday knowing the car was safe.Then back to the airport, after a short wait we got picked up,back to the carpark and no waiting got the car back and soon arrived home. As I said no hassle,great holiday,well done, see you next time!And thanks very much for a great service

Excellent service throughout booking, parking pick up and drop off service. Staff very efficient and helpful. Only downside was I thought I was booking a service for T3 not realising that you were dropped at T2 and had to walk through. Not a major issue though. Highly recommend to other users.

I would certainly use it again and I think it was very good value. The staff were friendly and helpful. It would have helped if someone had mentioned earlier how to get out of the car park using the 'swipe' and the barrier came down too fast and nearly sliced off the car.

We had slight problems finding the car park - I think that the directions could be made clearer. There was quite a wait for the coach to depart to the airport - no problem for us, but I could see that another couple were getting quite agitated with the wait - obviously not given themselves enough time - so this is another tip - give yourselves at least an hour to arrive at check-in desk. On arrival back in the UK - no problem finding the bus departing point - but there again we had at least 20 minute wait! Found the staff very friendly and helpful though.

On arrival all the staff we met were helpful and friendly. The transfer bus left almost straight away and we were at the airport in no time. We had a bit of a trek back to the pick up point when we arrived back at the airport but on the whole a very good experience. This was the first time we had used Airparks but we will definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends.

Our flight was from T3 an although we warned it was the furthest from the drop off point, it was quite difficlt and time consuming finding our way to the terminal. Luckily we didn't have a lot of luggage but it would be difficult for anyone eldely or with children or a lot of luggage.

We arrived following the good directions provided, the reception was clearly marked, the staff inside were very polite and helpful explaining the process, and we were on hte transfer bus and traveling within 5 minutes of our arrival. On our return the transfer bus was there to collect us within 10 minutes of us getting to the pick up point and again once at airparks were we on our way home within 5 minutes. all very good- and not for the first time!

This is opportune as I was goingto e-mail Airparks Manchester anyway to congratulte them on the service provided. I found the direction to the car park easy to follow, the staff were friendly and very helpfull, the buses left on time and they even provided directions to get us back on to the M6 north bound.If flying from Manchester again I would have no hesitation in using Airparks again or in recommending them to others.Its nice to get good service.

The website booking service is well organised and makes booking straighforward. The dropping off and vehicle collection arrangements are also straightforward. The bar code exit release is a good secruity feature but the reader needs better signage and also warning should be given to detach the tag beforehand. I would both use this facility again and recommend to others. The fees in particular are very reasonable when compared with parking at the airport.

I thought overall it was a positive experionce. My car was safe, ready for me when I got back. I had forgotten the directions to the airparks stand when I returned...maybe should have taken a card as the flight dulled my brain..ha ha. Thanks for your help! Oh, I was really impressed when the attendant saw my daughters phone on the seat and asked if she wanted to leave it there. Thats great....cheers.

Very good, professional service, new bus, better than the on-site car parks at a fraction of the cost.

Very easy to find. Quick check in and departure to airport. On return, took a matter of minutes for bus to come to collect us from the terminal. On arrival at car park, car was right near the gates ready for us to drive away. Would not hesitate to use this car park again.

We left a bag in our car containing the keys to our holiday home. The driver of our coach radioed base, someone got the bag out of the car and it was put on the next coach. We only had to wait 10/15 mins at Manchester Airport for the 2nd coach to arrive. What a great service

This is the first time i have used any parking for a holiday, even though i live very close i know my car will be safe. Very quick service booking in, even when several cars turned up at once. Just be patient with the staff. Bus pick up was waiting for us and the car pick up was completed in seconds. Great thank you. I will be using you again later this year.

Outward very easy to get to Fly Park and was at the airport in no time. However, when we returned we went to the wrong pick up point and had to walk the roadway to pick up point rather than along covered area. Had to wait longer than anticipated for bus to pick us up - 20 minutes

The whole experience went very smoothly and the staff were very helpful. When our flight was delayed for 1 Day I rang up to inform the office and expected to be informed that I would have to pay additional charges. However, the member of staff was extremely sympathetic and immediately advised that no extra charge was payable. This was one less worry after having to find an extra nights accommodation in Atlanta and missing several connections through no fault of our own.

I used Google Maps to give me directions - this was useless, directing me to the middle of a housing estate miles away - not funny at 03:00hrs. Please REPLACE the driving directions with a printable A4 Map. When people know where Airparks is sited they can choose their own route to approach. Pickup at airport took time, and I began to wonder whether I should phone. I dont have a Mobile phone, and I could not see a pay phone this was worry. But the driver was friendly and helpful. I actually liked handing over my car keys - I felt my car was more secure and easier to 'find' on return than if I had parked it.

It seemed a quick and easy operation once we arrived at the airpark. We boarded a bus straight away and it sat there for about 10 mins whilst it filled up - then we set off. The route was not congested (7 am) and it was a rapid journey. Similarly, coming back - it was a short wait (3 mins) for the bus and a straightforward pick up and delivery. No problems. I have had longer waits for the long-stay car park bus nearer the airport. This is a great parking choice for the savvy traveller.

!st flight out of Manchester and probably the last, VERY poor signage, unhelpful, disinterested staff, long walks, poor toilet facilities (locations), VERY long wait for baggage I think that we will stick to Thiefrow and Gatnick, with all of their flaws, for our fortnightly flights to Abu Dhabi

We were very pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money provided by this car park - it was far better organised than we expected, with helpful staff and well running transport to and from the airport. We would not hesitate to use this carpark again.
