below is a copy of my views already emailed to customer relations re. booking A9ESJ I am writing to complain about damage done to my car while parked at Manchester airport under the above booking reference. On my return to Manchester airport I collected the car on Wednesday 15 November around 10:15 pm as planned. Yesterday morning - the first opportunity I had to check the car in daylight - I found scrathes on the nearside rear bumper which can only have occurred during the period of the airport parking. While the damage does not justify taking to a garage for repairs I wish to register the fact and express my dissatisfation with the service provided. I would be interested to hear your views on this and how similar incidents can be can be dealt with in any future booking. Patrick Mckeown

Access is ok during off peak periods, but is a nightmare during the weekday rushour, particularly when travelling from the north of Manchester. Congestion on M60 from east of Stockport is terrible and additional time to get to the car park is needed.

Within 5 minutes of arriving at Airparks we were sat on the transfer bus and shortly after on our way to the airport. On our return there was a bus waiting and we were back in our vehicle and on our way home within 30 minutes. We have used Airparks on a number of other occassions and believe this is the most hassle free and cost effective off airport parking we have tried.

Not sure what else to say has I feel it has been said in the above boxes, but suffice to say that after my recent experience with the parking I will be using this facility again. I have recommended the carpark to friends who I can confirm will use your service in the future.

The car park service was very good and good value for money, but the transfer drops off and picks up at the bus station at manchester airport. This means a long walk to terminals 1&3 (not so bad to T2). We've used Ringway in the past and they drop off and pick up at the terminals for similar price. Will use Ringway again in the future.

A very pleasant, convenient and efficient service. We parked directly at the Airparks car park on the way there with good directions, no fuss and a prompt service. On the return trip we took advantage of the "car brought to the terminal doors" service which was superb. I expected a half hour or so wait for the car to be brought from the car park but it was waiting for us at the door as soon as we cleared customs - superb. We would highly recommend this service and Airparks and will be using them again.

We arrived a little flustered as were slightly later than planned but felt we still had plenty of time to get to the airport for our 2hrs check in. However, when we arrived took a while to get served sorting out keys, then took a further 30 min wait for a bus and to set off due to people turning up at the last minute. The bus was pretty full to start with as lots of people were waiting so bus set off late, fortunately, it was early morning on a Sunday so there was no problem with traffic. But overall for what we paid, we cannot complain, it's the 2nd time we have used you this year and you offer a service that is value for money and reflects the prices we have paid. My exhaust blew on the car on the way to the car park at 03:00am but the staff were very helpful in that I was able to fax them my permission for the car to be picked up and repaired during my holiday therefore not wasting any time when I returned and I was able to leave immediatly for my drive back up north to Inverness.

It was quite hard to find-we ended up turning off the motorway as we thought we were going in the wrong direction. It turns out that we weren't so had to turn around again! Once we got Airparks and after unloading our cases, we had a quick visit to the rather basic toilets, and were then whisked in a bus to the airport. I paid an extra £20 to get my car delivered to the airport on our return, which was worth it as the car was warmed up and waiting for us on our return from Australia.

On out bound journey we just missed the bus and had to wait half an hour for the next bus to depart, not really an issue just the luck of the draw on timing. Return journey the bus was at the pick-up point and left within five minutes. I will use the service again, but be prepared for some waiting time.

very good service and very good value for money. will definetly use for furter parking needs in the future. very impressed when arriving to find coach service on site waiting to take us to airport. same on return from airport back to vehicle. excellent, keep it up airparks.

The sevice was very efficient,the coach clean,parking area tidy and well lit,the staff both at reception and on the coach were very curtious and helpfull,the only downside was the drop off point for terminal two,we had a very long way to walk,I will recommend you to freinds.

The only comment I would make is that we had to wait a while for the bus to leave for the airport and also to be picked up. However, the bus collecting us from the airport was very full on arrival so that probably explains the slight delay. Collection of key and car excellent.

We generally use this Manchester car park because it is conveniently situated, reasonably priced and the service is excellent - only 20 miniutes from check in to drop off.

All worked out fine. Would be helpful to know when next bus is due to arrive, an electronic sign would be very helpful.

manchester airport is undergoing improvements at the moment.we were very tired and at 4am we had difficulty locating the bus stop.this was not the fault of airparks however they could have supplied better instructions/directions.a second phone call to airparks was needed for further directions.all in all this would certainly not put us off using the service again

We were unable to follow the directions to the car park and as a consequence were not able to use the facilities and had to park at the long stay car park at the airport. As a consequence, we were nearly late for our flight. Is a refund available for not using your car park, but having paid in advance?

We arrived at the park, checked in the car with no problems, a bus was waiting to take us to the airport which was only a short drive away, we returned at 10pm and our car was waiting for us all intact as we left it. Very pleased with the service and would use the company again.

Overall very good service and friendly staff. Would use again. When returning from our holiday we were couldn't remember where to pick up bus transfer and ended up waiting in the wrong place and asking a bus driver from a diferent company who pointed us in the right direction, as you do not get on the shuttle where the other off site car parks pick up. If this info was printed on the paperwork it would be useful instead of just saying get on the bus where you got off.

Directions to car park accurate and easy to follow, unlike a booling I had at a Birmingham airport, with another car park company recently where I could not find the park and ended up paying again (double) at the airport car park. Staff were prepared for my arrival and gave clear instructions of what to do upon my return. Upon return the bus was waiting as promised, and returned us promptly to our car, which we found exactly as we left it. Highly recommended!! Thankyou
