After a 3 hour drive from newcastle, the toilets are just a portacabin - not ideal for freshing up for your holidays. Other than this the experience was great! Airparks staff were helpful and friendly, the system was easy to use and when we arrived a bus was just leaving - we only had to wait about 5 minutes! Pick up was just as easy upon return!

Good value, good transfers, trekking from one terminal to another OK once you know the route.

Quick service, good instructions, good transfer to and from the terminals. Reasonable price for the service.

The drop off at the railway station,left us too far to walk with all our luggage.W e will not be booking this company again. The long walk was not made clear to us when we booked. The rest of the service was GOOD.

Good enough and a reasonable price certainly. The attitude of the coach driver on our return left a lot to be desired, I am not normally one to complain, and maybe he'd had a bad day, but it might put me off using Airparks again!

On the whole would use this car park again. Need to give better instructions on how to get to pick up point when returning from holiday.

Early morning arrival handled ok, long wait in transfer bus before it left, pick at airport fine. I would think the transfer could be quite slow during busy times as it passes through several towns.

Last time we were dropped of at the Terminal we needed, but this time we were only dropped of at the station and had a long walk to Terminal 3.

A long way from M6 when travelling from the South but excellent value, good service, helpful staff.

On the whole the service was excellent and I would definitely use Manchester Airparks again. As a lone traveller leaving for a three week trip I was slightly concerned about having to leave all my luggage/possessions unattended outside while checking my car in. Next time I would know to leave the luggage locked in the car while completing the registration process so perhaps a sign near the drop off zone indicating this would be helpful.

Happy with the price and service. Unusually for me I have no complaints!

Was given good directions via internet and found easily. Comfortable journey to airport. After landing bus was waiting at the airport immediately. Friendly staff all round. Particularly impressed when given directions back home (leaflet) before heading back. Thank you.

Very good service but it took ages to find the car park and the bus stop at the Manchester Airport as Airparks wasn't sign posted very well.
