Booking on-line with Airport Parking and Hotels (APH) was easy with no problems. Confirmation email arrived very quickly giving good directions to the Airparks Manchester site. On arrival at Airparks the service was fast and efficient with bus transfer to the airport only taking about 10 minutes. On arrival back at Manchester the instructions were to collect the luggage and clear customs then ring Airparks to let them know of our arrival. A short walk to the Station was followed by a fairly long wait for the transfer bus to arrive, but in fairness I think that we had probably just missed one. Another 10 minute transfer to Airparks and we had the bags in the car and were on our way home. Overall I would rate the service as Good.

Arrived with the directions we were given, very easy to find. Got told what to do and where to go with no hold ups, transferred straight away to airport safe and sound. On return bus was there to meet us and we got back straight away told where car was and departed quickly. Excellent service provided on both days.

I would recommend airparks and use them again but if you have a late flight home then I think I would sooner pay that bit extra and either park in Manchester Airport or get a taxi, as waiting for the bus for a good 20 mins at 1am wasn't our idea of fun!

If you are coming from the northeast, round the M60, then this is THE carpark to use for great service and value for money. Instead of going all the way round to Junc 4 of the M60 to the airport come off at Junction 3 and just keep going straight on the A34 until you see the sign for Handforth Dean cars on the slip round off a roundabout. Its easy to get to, easy to check in, the guys on the buses even loaded our suitcases. Will definately be using again.

Easy to locate, Airparks offer a friendly competent service. We were particularly pleased as our flight check in area was yards away from our drop off point. On our return the driver was jolly and very positive, thanks for that. We would be happy both to use and recommend Airparks again in the future.

This is the second time we have used Airparks. On the first occasion we got lost trying to find it. It was much easier this time. Our transfers to and from the airport were quick (given prevailing traffic conditions). We didn't have to wait to be picked up either time. Overall a positive experience. Thank you to the Airparks staff.

We found the directions to this carpark the easiest to find. The Staff were very friendly and helpful with the check in and dealing with our luggage. We did not have to wait long to be on our way to the Airport and our return journey was just as efficient.

We have used Airparks for the last 3 years and have always had an excellent service. The car park is easy to find & directions given with the booking confirmation. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and the transfer buses are clean & modern. Everything you need to do is explained to you when you arrive at the Airparks.

Good service overall and good value for money. Would be even more helpful if, when arranging pick up your car was 'pulled' to reception and waiting for you when you arrive on the bus.

Pretty good on the whole- it would not suit my granny though with a big distance from the station to T2.

Typical off-airport parking experience. Need to allow at least 1 hour to check in, unload, and get transferred to the airport. Expect luggage to get seriously mis-handled for no obvious reason. I would use them again if they remain competitive on price.

We have used Airparks before and think it is an excellent service with nice, friendly staff and will be using it again next year.

Easy to book over the internet. Quick and efficient service for departure and arrival.

Good service from reception staff, checking in and checking out turn round good. Drivers seemed more intent on meeting their timetable than helping passengers, by closing doors at airport when the vehicle was not full, which DID NOT MAKE FOR GOOD SERVICE.

Would use again, but would consider closer parking if the price was similar.
