Would have been helpful to give post code with address on info sheet. Satnav and computer autoroute requirement.

All in all a very good service, but will have to work a little harder to beat Airparks at East Midlands Airport, that is a good service.

Overall the service was ok but we had to wait a long time for the transfer from the airport back to the car park. Also the facilities on the bus for carrying luggage posed a few problems, the luggage racks are on the side of the coach and it is difficult to get a large suitcase up onto the top shelf.

I have used the service twice now and will do so again. The whole business is very simple and the operators are very helpful.

Drop off at station too far from where we needed to be, site not as close as Nottingham EMA. They need to drop off at the terminal you are going to.

At the end of our holiday picking car up from start to finish went like clockwork.

Excellent service received all round, was a little apprehensive about the drop off point (The station). This turned out to be an excellent drop off point as there was no hassle to rush to get out of everyone's way and the travelators took you straight to departures, great value for money and would definitely recommend.

I had no problem finding the car park and the transfer to and from the airport arrived quickly. I would use this parking facility again should I choose to fly from Manchester Airport.

Generally fine and a good service. Couldn't find it at first and staff were unable to direct me there from the airport or even give me the name of the road it was in!

Park was well run and system was simple and easy to us. Manchester Airparks is a bit far out and the transfer to airport at rush hour would add significantly to overall journey time. In general there were no problems except on return we had difficulty finding a phone at the Airport. We would use the facility again.

Would definitely use Airparks again.

All in all good, Airparks Manchester could just do with being a bit closer to the airport!

Can't fault Airparks in any aspect for the price I paid. It is reasonably easy to find if you don't miss that first "cars only" turn off (ahem!). Staff were helpful and transfers were about 15 mins, as expected. Waiting time was minimal, although I'm glad my flights weren't in peak periods. This service is much better suited for flights to/from Terminal 1 than for 2 or 3. Would definitely book again.

Arranging the booking over the net was easy. Instructions clear and understandable. Easy to find. Well organised car park. Staff very friendly and pleasant, even at 6am!! On return, the transfer to the car was easy and quick. I left my bag behind by accident, but didnt realise until i got home in Yorkshire! Staff searched the bag for a contact number, and phoned (my Mum) to say that it had been found and was safe. All done with a smile. Thank you Airparks Manchester. Highly recommended.

Excellent organisation all-round. Would reccomend to a friend and collegue.

The car park was easy to find, instructions were clear and accurate. Transport was waiting to take us to the airport.

All the staff were helpful although it was a little confusing putting car keys in a numbered slot. Did get the hang of it though. Plenty of help with cases, etc. Would have like the bus to have been cooler on return. It was only 6am but the bus was sweltering and everybody had to take off the outer clothing. Otherwise, everything was just fine.

Our transfers were efficient and prompt as they will outside of peak periods. Good service and value for money. Would use again.
