The efficiency of office staff who took over the care of parking my car on arrival was very good. On my return after an 18 hour flight delay it was really nice to have the help of staff who were efficient and helpful in spite of a power cut having put their computers out of order. The transfer bus driver even took the time to explain my best route home. I can't praise all the staff enough - and the price was so reasonable. Thank you Simplyparking - excellent Service! We used the meet & greet service for our return,only because one of us is disabled, and it was easier to have the car brought to the airport and we did not have to get on the transfer bus with the electric scooter etc.,It cost £20 extra, a bit pricey we thought! Wil think twice about using this service again.

I was very impressed with all of the services provided including the vehicle drop-off, airport transfers, the helpful staff and the informative announcements on the transfer vehicle in both directions. I have no hesitations about using your car park again or to recommend it to others. It is excellent value for money too.

A good service overall and at a good price. Transfer to and from airport was well organised with no waiting. Service from office staff was Ok but perhaps a little offhand and unwelcoming, especially when we had never used this company before. However, now I know what to expect I would definitely use them again based on value for money.

Was very wary at having to leave car key, but no worries what so ever. Excellent service bus was waiting to take us to the airport, although on the way back the bus was full and due to road works in Manchester it took a while to get back to the car park. Very helpful staff and quick and efficient service both ways. Would recommend Manchester Airparks to my friends and would use them again.

My car was damaged at the car park. I had to contact customer services myself in Birmingham. After leaving serveral messages I finally received a call back. The lady was rude and unhelpful and didn't understand my frustration. Eight days later and I'm still awaiting information on my vehicle being fixed... NOT GOOD!!!!

It was HELL! About as well organised as an alchoholic running a bar. We turned up and were told by 3 different staf where to leave the car, there was no-one to assist in leavinbg it in the right place. On the way back we waited an hour for a transfer coach so NOT GOOD!

Overall, fantastic value for money and reasonably convienient for the airport. The popularity of the car park did however mean that the return bus was very full and with my elderly parents in tow, that was a bit of a concern (although fellow travellers did give up their seats for them).

Cars arriving were held in a queue as the car park was not ready for their arrival, which also meant eventually leaving the car where it sat and carrying bags to the reception area. Not what we are used to having used off site carparks many times in the past.

Went for chauferred parking option, after I had left car it occurred to me I could have been the vicitim of a scam as I'd handed over the keys without a receipt and the only contcat details I had was a mobile phone number. I needn't have worried as despite not calling them in time and changing my return date the car arrived at the correct time abd teh drivers were curteous and helpful.

Weirdo at check-in who made me feel uncomfortable but otherwise fairly organised - park car, drop off keys and get on bus. Arrived back early hours of new years day, stood outside airport with lots of others and waited a good 20mins for one bus to arrive which unfortunately did not have the capacity to fit us all on. Driver then had to radio for another bus to be sent! Surely with the details we provide the company is aware of what passengers are arriving and when!! Once arrived at car park collected keys and was pointed in the direction of where vehicle should be (NOT within vicinity of collection point as advertised.) Then had to walk and find my car in poorly lit conditions. On returning with my car to collect passengers and bags was confronted with gridlock and confusion as numerous other people in the same position as myself with cars being abandoned everywhere. Would never use this car park again as miles from airport and badly organised and have since learned that the ncp at the airport is just as cheeap and more convenient.

very happy with the service. I was initially worried about the tranfer time and distance, but this turned out to be very quick and efficient, and we had an hour to spare at the airport on the outbound, and found the bus waiting on our return (on Christmas day as well!)Booking in and transfer took about 30-35mins.

Having had my car broken into on my previous flight from man airport at the Brittannia Country House/Dinner package, this one looked very secure. The fault was a long wait at the airport for the bus upon returning and no help tp lift the luggage onto the very high luggage racks.

The car park was easy to find and check in was fast and hassle free. I decided to pay an extra £20 to have the car delivered back to the arrival area at Manchester. This service was first class and the car was waiting when I returned which was a welcome sight after a long journey from the USA. Highly recommended parking facility and will use the service again.

on arrival I found staff friendly ,and helpfull the booking in process was very quick.The transfer to airport was also well organised the only down side was the return journey back to airparks,not the drivers fault but the rush hour traffic made it a long journey back. But over all i would rate this company 8/10 for preformance. I would use this company again.

Our drop off and journey to airport was quick and efficient.However on our return there was a 20 minute delay for the bus pick up which on top of the long distance from terminal 2 to the pick up point was too much. However as your parking is next door to Tesco we were able to pick up essential groceries on our way home.

very good value for money. site easy to get to. staff friendly and helpful. The distance from drop off point at station(manchester airport)to terminal one was in my opinion to great to travel when carrying suitcase and hand luggageand. and also as in my case the escalators there were out of action too.

It was the first time we had flown from Manchester and the first time we had used Airparks but it was easy to find following the directions they gave us and excellent value for money.The staff were pleasant and the transfer buses were regular.I would definately use Airparks again.Thank you.

Only downside was the wait for transport after8hr flight upon return,driver explained traffic was the issue,unfortunatly common excuse used as no traffic upon either direction whilst returning to the car park,honesty will aways prevail,not enough buses were running as we never passed one on return and driver pulled bus round for next departure!!.Upon saying that will use again positives outweighed negatives.

Normally one expects to be dropped at the terminal entrance. Not so with Airparks. Their drop and collection point is at the Station at Manchester airport. This involved the use of 2 lifts and considerable distance walking with poor directions to reach terminal 3. The return journey was the same. With luggage for 3 and two elderly passengers with walking difficulties this was a major disappointment. Also, most off airport parking facilities operate a shuttle service to the airport. Not so Airpark. We waited in a bus for just over 20 mins for their scheduled departure time to arrive. During that period nobody joined the bus. With this delay and the extended walking part of the delivery, we arrived approx. 1 hour later at the check in desk than we had anticipated even allowing for the time stated on their website. On collection of my vehicle I reported that the front number plate had been damaged on their premises. A photograph was taken and a report written. It is now 4 days later and I have heard nothing, not even an acknowledgement of recipt of the report at their head office. We will not be booking with Airparks again.
