the directions to arrive there were easy to follow and accurate, non of the staff that i dealt with were less than helpful, and had a pleasant manner, the only thing i disliked was my car is my pride and joy, and i dont like others driving it, soleaving the car keys was the only dislike i had, overall good value for money.

On check in there was a slight delay on finding my details as I had booked online several months in advance but this was handled competently and with courtesy.On return to site I got on my way promptly.I am about to book again for my September break.

If the timing is wrong and you just miss the bus it is a 20 min wait for the next transfer. As I had already been held up by traffic I had to be taken to the terminal which costs £20!!! However it is a good service, I would certainly use them again.

Did not feel that the return instructions were clear, at other airports the pick up point for return is directly outside the arrivals area, howvever we had to walk some 20 mins to the pick up point, which was not explained fully on the paperwork.

Very well run, quite a quick transfer going out and the bus was waiting when we returned even though it was very late at night. I have used this car park facility before and will continue to in the future it's very good value for money.

The first time we used your parking facilities was in January for one week, we were so delighted we decided to use them for our two weeks away in March, rather than use taxi services which are much more expensive. Staff are polite and efficient, we were driving out within two minutes of arriving back at Handforth Dean. We will certainly use your facilities in the future and wouldn't hesitate in recommending you.

My car was damaged quite badly but none of the staff told us, it was purely by chance that my husband noticed the passenger door had been bumped, the car had been parked at the very end of a row with the damage out of sight also it was getting dark. Had my husband not noticed the damage we would have driven off and probably not seen the damage till the next day when most likely it would have been too late to prove it had been damaged by a member of staff reversing into it. Once we complained about what had happened the staff couldn't have been any nicer, However I do think they were originally trying to pull a 'fast one'.

No problems whatsoever. Mislead my parking cark on hols, thought there might be a problem, but once I showed my passport it was plain sailing. Many thanks and I would use them again

I have used this company for the last 3 years and would never go anywhere else. The prices are fantastic and 50% cheaper than the parking facilities I used to use. Thoroughly recommended to anyone.

Once we arrived, we waited for the 'every 20 minute bus' Someone else was waiting just ahead of us. After 25 minutes I asked about the bus -"They're every 20 minutes" - "So how come I'm still here 25 minutes later." No urgency from staff, blamed the 'congestion', but if you know you have a problem, you take more care - there was a bus on site, but no sense of urgency from the staff. We eventually arrived at the airport over a hour after we arrived at the parking, and nearly ended missing our flight, the last to arrive. Returning, the bus was badly overcrowded with an announcement that it was a legal requirement to fasten seat belts and around 10 people with no seats let alone belts. I won't be using them again

What I liked about it all was just dropping my car off and not having to search for a parking space.....brilliant. Then getting on a bus and being dropped off, the hardest thing was walking to terminal 2!!!. When we got back the bus didn't take too long and the car was easy to find. Thanks to all the staff and will be using airparks again when we travel from Manchester.

Marvellous service, car waiting when returning after flight. Helpful Bus Driver, all made the experience good. I will always use this facility in future

Very Good service but it would be better if the driver met oln return at Arrivals & not Departures as it is a long walk. Found difficulty phoning as could not get a signal and had to using phone at Information Desk.

Very helpful and friendly staff and excellent value. There could be more signs at the airport to find he return transfer bus and the carpark surface was muddy, but this did not detract from the excellent value for money.

The driver of the bus on our return journey did not set off when all passengers had boarded.We waited some considerable time, I asked if there was a problem, He said he was waiting for someone. We waited again, then I said we had to meet someone and were now running late. He then set off,due to this long wait we missed the meeting.I was under the impression that the transport was a continuous service

The staff were all very efficient, cheerful and helpful. The only downside was waiting half an hour after landing, for the bus. I would definitely use them again.

I was annoyed that my car had not been taken out of storage ready for collection. When I got there I had to wait 30 mins for my car to brought round which after suffering a 4 hour delay on my return flight did not go down well! I have used Airparks no end of times and this is the first problem I've had so I will use them again.

On arrival, the staff were extremely grumpy and barely said a word... our internet booking had also been lost and we had to rebook. We spent around half an hour messing around doing this - luckily we had left plenty of time before our flight. After that though, the transfer was great, it took 10 minutes to right outside the main door at the airport. On our return there was a bus already waiting for us, and the turnaround was extremely quick - we were on the road home in around 20 minutes from the moment we got on the bus. I would definitely use this again.

Its the best and this year we even took the offer of a vallet and the meet and great service which I thought would be nice to come out of arrivals and our car awaiting for us clean (for once) lol and it all went brill!! I strongly recommend Airparks the staff are all very friendly and the service ios second to none. Im a single parent of a 12 year old and need to feel safe and this is what Airparks offer so go on book your car in now and dont forget the vallet and even possibly have your car awaiting at the airport when you get back its so easy!!!!

i left my car for 1 month long time to get a flat battery was told i would get a free jump start lucky i did not need one i recomend this car park to everybody keep up the good work guys i will be back
