When on my weekend away to dusseldorf, I was wanting a stress free and easy transfer facilty. APH offered me this and to go with this I booked it on line and was given a discount. So it was really really cheap. If I were too book again APH would definately be my first choice. Also the car was in one piece! Did some one wash it?

We have used airpark before a few years ago and yet again we had great service. Prompt drop off and pick up. only 1 problem, My husband and i got lost we couldn't remember where we were to be picked up. Our fault entirley. we will be using them again next year for our next vacation. Thanks very much Joe&Steve

Going to airport from car park was no problem, on the way back we had to wait 45 mins for a bus and nobody told us we could only use certain colour of tickets for certain buses we were not amused, especially when it was pouring down with rain....

Service to terminal 3 very poor the time taken to retrieve the car was longer than the holiday flight, very disappointing. Had to wait for & catch two buses to get from Termina;l 3 Manchester airport to Handsworth parking site. ie 1 an half hour round trip.

An excellent service which was reasonably priced, the best thing was the additional £20 to have my car delivered to the airport awaiting my arrival - best money I've spent!.

Good directions to the carpark and straight forward checking in procedure.Transfer bus to airport about every twenty minutes.Bus droped us off at airport railway station and not at the terminal so we had to walk the terminal on travelators.On returning back to Manchester after our holiday and not having an in depth knowledge of the airport we had slight difficulty finding our way back to the pick up point,but apart from that we had a very good experience with Airparks.

Airparks Handforth Dean offer a really good service, this is the second time we have used them and I will probably book through them again next time we fly from Manchester. The carpark its self is very easy to find from the directions they provide and the car park is secure. The buses provided to the airports were good, and even on our return during evening rush hour on a Thursday they were running on time. The fact that the route between the carpark and airport is mostly via local roads meant that we weren't stuck in motorway traffic etc. If you don't want to wait for buses on your return (they run every 20 mins) you can pay extra for them to meet you at the airport with your car. Overall I think they offer a great service at a very good price.

Early morning 04:00 to the airport fine. Waiting 30-40 minutes on return for the shuttle bus not. Also not sure cars remain on site where you leave them, slight damage spotted on return (not previously seen). All in all probably not use again.

Easy to find from the directions given. The whole thing worked like clockwork, just like last time. Can't fault it!!

this is the first off terminal car park where i was given the keys and told to find the car myself , when i didn't find it they had to find it for me .

Efficient and friendly service, but the drop off point might be a problem for elderly or infirm customers.

I have used Airparks before and one thing I find very helpful is that on my return I do not have to telephone them to come and pick me up. The service is very reliable an efficient . Thanks

The service was very efficient and the staff very helpful.The bus was waiting to take us in and we only had a five minute wait on our return.The only downside (and we knew this when we booked) was the long walk from where the bus drops you off to the terminal building.But we would use this park again and would recomend to others.

The parking experience was straightforward and I used the "meet and greet" service because of the distance back to the car park.I do think though that this service is a little expensive at an extra £20.

The reception person was rude, when i went to the reception he informed me that i had parked in the wrong spot. He spoke as though I was a child and not as a customer. There was no explaination as to how to hand the keys over or inform me of the whole process. When I collected my vehicle it was literally covered in dust. Perhaps some training in customer service would be benefitial.

Easy to book, easy to find, good service and it takes all the hassle out of leaving your car behind, ready for the return home. I have used this company before and the service/price is always first class. Thanks to all at the car park.

We have used this service before and have always been happy with the service. this time was no exception, staff were very courteous and helpful. we had to wait a little while at the airport for our return transfer, but this was no big deal. i would definately use them again.

Upon arrival, the receptionist was unhelpful, expecting me to know that when she said "leave your keys in the box outside" I was supposed to know that that meant the box hidden behind the bus. We sat in the departure bus for 25 minutes before we left - not quite the "more frequent service" that we had been led to expect. On our return, we had a long walk back to the meeting point across busy roads (this wasn't made clear when I booked). We waited another 25 minutes for a bus to arrive to transfer us (15 minutes, no matter what it says on the website) back to Handforth Dean. On arrival at Handforth Dean, I was given the car keys and told it was in row G - not quite the helpful customer service I've had from other parks where the car has been ready and waiting on the tarmac on my return. And what happens when it's dark and/or rainy, I can't begin to think. All the employees - except one cheerful young lady who was behind reception on our return and eager to help - were surly and unhelpful. I shan't use this company again, and wouldn't recommend them unless you're looking for the cheapest deal and don't care about anything else.

We arrived late at night and were tired, understandably, we waited for a bus the Gold bud arrived first, what is the point is sending a bus for two people, when we tried to get on the Gold bus the guy was abrupt and didnt let us on, i cannot see any point in this. Apart from that nothing to complain about, thanks
