Very easy to find, simple check-in procedure, rapid transfer to the airport. Meet and greet service well worth the money. Only issue was that we watched our car go 'round the loop' at terminal 3 before we could attract the drivers attention.

We thought that perhaps the bus drivers waited until one person arrived then set the bus leaving time at 20 mins from that point rather than have a bus going every 20 mins. We seemed to have to wait a long time for the bus to leave. Its cheap but if you don't have much time to spare for your flight, book somewhere closer!

Our outward journey from airparks was great.The park is quite far from airport and there's a long walk from drop off to the actual terminal but this is fine if you are aware of it and you leave plenty of time. On our return journey we waited for about 40mins for a bus back to the park - there was a traffic delay which held up the bus - another con of being so far away I suppose. However, for little more than £30 for 9 days parking, can't really complain.!

Very pleased with service offered. All aspects very efficient, didn't have to wait long for transfers in either direction. Was particularly pleased to have easily followed instructions for finding way to M6 on our return especially as we didn't know the area. Thank you for a good service.

I have used Airparks many times now and always find the staff friendly and helpful. Your car is parked in a spacious bay and well marked lanes make it easy to find your car on return. Airparks also offer additional services at reasonable prices. One of the best airport parking companies I have found.

On arrival you just hand in your keys and get on a bus, though you may wait half an hour to depart. On return, there is a scramble at the airport to get a place on the bus, with no impression of back-up buses being immediately available. The journey is long when standing. At least with the airport carpark you can be sure of a quick transfer every couple of minutes - my choice next time I think.

Right next to a tesco, which is great when you land as can get your essentials. I the traffic is fairly clear transfer only took about 10 minutes, however if you are planning to get there in rush time traffic you may be a while getting to the airport and goes through quite a built up residential/shopping area.

I have used airparks before with no problems however, on this occasion we had to wait about 30 minutes for the bus to arrive to take us to the airport as the buses were there we thought this was too long. Maybe it could be displayed on the ticket where the pick up point is for the return transfer.

The best value parking.Time taken to collect the car and drive away was about 1 hour when we returned.We were offered for an extra £20 a service to have the car available on our return at the terminal.In hindsight I think we would take it next time.

About 15 - 20 mins from airport, good facilites at car park and is well organised. BUT, got dropped off at transport interchange at airport, not actually at the terminal which meant a treck through the airport. This was hard with 2 pushchairs and all the cases! Wouldnt use again.

Well priced service convenient for the airport and easy to locate. Bus staff very helpful. We did not like the hard sell on having the car washed and valeted - lets face it when you are setting off on holiday the last thing you want to do is spend more money! Also what's the point in having your car washed when you know you have to travel 200 miles in it on you return - it's dirty straight away. Apart from that great service!!!

On return I paid for meet and greet. Our instructions were to go to 12th floor at Manchester Airport. After phoning and subsequent arrival of our car the driver asked us why we were up there as the location had changed 2 weeks earlier. We should have been aware of this as we departed two weeks earlier. This delayed our return home.

It would help if notices were clearly posted in the passageway from Customs to Arrivals hall giving details of how to access transport back to each car park. Particularly where things have altered as a result of increased security. Unless you know the airport it is easy to get lost, which we did. As it was not clearly shown in the arrivals hall.

The carpark is not very well sign posted so make sure you take directions; when we arrived we were dealt with quickly and politely with a minimum of fuss and did not have to wait long for the bus. The journey time wasn't too bad - arounf 30mins I think - and the driver was friendly and helpful throughout.

The facilities at the car park were good and I was offered the "meet and greet" at the airport for my return when I checked in. This facility was £20 extra, but was well worth it. I was with my car and packing it up within a few minutes of phoning the number given to me. Only gripe was a near 30min wait for the bus to take us to the airport from the car park, but not enough to complain about. Overall, I would have no hesitation in using this facility again.

We travelled on the day after the terrorist attack on Glasgow whih probably contributed to my gripe. The bus taking us to terminal did not leave when we were told, which meant as we had just missed one, that didnt wait for us... we had quite a wait. The driver when he did come to the vehicle jovially told us that the airport was in chaos and that there was no need to rush there. This unsettled me as I started to worry about check in etc.We had left the recommended time for arrival,car parking and transfer to airport. When the driver did decide to perhaps move off and get us at least into the queueing process, he then decided to wait for a family/friends group who had a great deal of luggage, buggies, child car seats etc who had just arrived. We had by that time been sitting on the bus for 40 to 50 minutes. Closer to the siprort there was some traffic congestion, all the more galling to be later having to wait in it. We could not be dropped at the terminal due to security alert. We hurried to Terminal 1 to find no undue queues and after checking in, the security checks had less of a hold up than we experienced last Feb flying to the USA. I cannot understad why the driver said it was chaos at the airport and did not appreciate the increase in stress I felt with him delaying us by not setting off when scheduled. Other than that all was fine. Even thought the departure driver had not told us how to find the return bus I managed to guess how to get back and return to car park and retrieval of the car was easy. Reception staff were fine and helpful. So all in all bar the departure bus was fine.

Everything was fine apart from being advised of the wrong terminal for our flght and then the wrong location to pick up our meet and great. The person that performed our meet and greet was rude to my father sarcastically saying"You should have read your instructions" which turned out to be incorrect!!!

on the whole parking was fine however on returning to airparks our car was not parked where we was told it was and the staff could not find it ,we had to wait nearly half an hour while the staff walked around the car park to find it, which was the last thing we wanted at 4 in the morning.

the service on arrival and departure was excellant, transfers not a problem. The only drawback i found was waiting for the bus on our arrival back in manchester. at the end of your trip you are tired and want to get back home as quickly as possible.perhaps more buses could be used for example one at base one in transit, one at the airport. this may speed up the process as the waiting area is not customer friendly

We drove down from Scotland and found the on-line directions so easy to understand, The car was checked in quickly and a bus was ready to take us to the airport. The bonus for us was we returned after having just come off an 11 hour to find a flat tyre(no fault of teh car park but a slow puncture we were aware of) The guys on site we extremely helpful and managed to pump it back up for us.
