I'd certainly use this hotel & parking service again. On this occasion the hourly transfer bus service was very convenient - but if your flight times do not coincide with the shuttle bus timetable the equivalent taxi fare for 2 or 3 people is not significantly different. For those not familiar with Gatwick Airport, a map/description of the location of the airport bus stop would be helpful.

Hotel was ok transfer was expensive car park was not good they moved my car parked under a tree then cut the grass with a strimmer which covered my car in grass ect like they amed the grass and every thing else over it which I had to have it cleaned then I got home not again will I stay again

There is not much difference between parking at Gatwick and having an overnight stay at a comfortable hotel with parking at this hotel.

Hotel and rooms clean and tidy, staff very frendly and helpful. unfortuatly, the bus airport transfer was expensive and did'nt run to the timetable. car was moved from where it was left and parked under a fir tree for two weeks, hence it was covered in pine droppings

Used the hotel for the airport parking facility as it works out a lot cheaper than on-site car parks. Easy to get to. Room was perfect, got their too late on this occasion but have stayed once before and food was good. Car was safe. Shuttle bus runs regularly and still works out good value after you factor in the bus fares. Would use again and recommend to anyone looking for an airport hotel.

From the start booking in was quick the room was clean and tidy. We had breakfast the following morning was just right to start the day.

We did a stay and park in April, booking was nice and simple, though when I rang the next day to book a cot they couldn't find my booking. On arrival everything was sorted quickly and efficiently, a beautiful young Lithuanian man carried our bags up to the room and set up a good quality travel cot. The room was very spacious, plenty of room even with the cot, bathroom was OK, shower good, and everything was clean. Dining in was pricey, and the sports bar was exactly that, fine if you want to listen to football results.... Checkout and parking was simple, the transfer bus was prompt, though took 40mins to north terminal. On return we used a taxi as there was a 1h20 wait for the bus. I had to find the car in the car park, and it was absolutely covered in tree pollen. I suppose I could have complained but just wanted to get on the road. Happy with the hotel, would certainly consider using again.

Hotel very comfortasble and clean, staff very friendly. We left our car at hotel whilst away on holiday. Shuttle service could be improved by putting on buses more frequently. We missed a bus by 3 mins which did not stop when we put our hands out. Then we had to wait another 45 mins for next which at 6.00 am in not very convenient having just come back on an 8 hour flight from St Lucia. We decided to get taxi instead.

the staff very helpful on the reception. there was a big party in the restaurant so had to wait a while for the meal. the food was ok but not to the standard of the hotel. the room and carparking was very good value for money and we would use the hotel again if flying from gatwick again.

Very convenient for Gatwick. Accommodation fine with clean linen etc. Only criticism is that they could have more frequent transfers back to the hotel. We had to take a cab costing £16!!

The hotel was clean and the room was large. However the decor is dated and a little tired. On the night we stayed it was quite hot outside and we had to sleep with the door/windows open. Unfortunately our room was very close to an air conditioning unit which was very noisy and kept me awake. The staff were all very helpful and polite and both the parking and transfer services were very good.

There was an Asian wedding reception going on when we arrived in the late afternoon - although there were quite a few persons within the hotel reception the young lady at the reception desk manged everyone with true professionalism. Credit to the cistomer service traing. - I would reccommend this hotel for any stay.

Lovely meal in restaurant followed by a drink and then early night in order to catch the 5am shuttle to the airport.
