After we got to Summer Parking bus stop at Gatwick the wait for a bus was very long.Missed 1st bus as it was crowded and the next bus took 25 mins to arrive back to Gatwick bus stop.It was freezing that morning so we where not amused.

Unfortunately the room we booked was immediately over the bar area. The idea of having a restful night prior to our flight the next day was ruined by noise from the bar until 2.30 am. We contacted reception to no avail. The reception staff had been asked to give a wake up call at 7.00 am. They phoned twice during the night to check that this was the correct time! All in all we felt we had wasted our money as we were more tired than if we had driven to the airport on the day of our holiday.

my only complaint was against yourselves when you sent me my instructions you didnt say that i had to ring you when on the motor way. So i went into the hotel and saw meet and greet, they then gave me the full details so i had to hang around for your staff, after driving for 6 hours and wanting to go to bed was the last thing i wanted. On return the service couldt have been better. My car was waiting and the driver was perfect

We found the room more than adequate for an overnight stay and would recommend it if you are flying from Gatwick especially if you have an early flight. To be able to walk through to the airport without going outside was great.

especially picking the car up was great, out of there in two minutes flat! a bit of a pain not parking at the actual hotel on depositing the car took longer of course.

We were met at the hotel to handover the car. We were very pleased with our room which was excellent so clean and comfortable. We went down to the restaurant for our evening meal and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We cannot fault this hotel and its so nice to be able to walk over under cover to the airport it was a good start to our holiday we will definitely use this hotel again

Hotel room is perfect those who are arriving very late and/or flying out early next day. Room is very high tech and functional. Huge flat screen TV and excellent shower (with crabtree and evelyn goodies). The minibar is empty and if like us you arrive very late at night it can be a bit of a nuisance. This was an excellent value for money stopover as we booked it as a mistery hotel!!!

This hotel couldnt have been better situated for the south terminal, hopped off the train, checked in, had a lovely meal in pizza express, good quiet night sleep in a very clean comfortable room,ready for my long haul flight the next morning.

Reception was quick and simple and welcoming. The room had everything needed and was clean, warm and quiet. The bed was really comfortable and I spent a pleasant evening there. I would definitely return.

We found the accommodation very good value for money as we booked well in advance, which makes a big difference. Staff were friendly and helpful, restaurant buffet service excellent value for money.

Proximity to the airport is the main feature of this hotel. It is clean, tidy, and a very pleasant place to spend day one of any trip, be it holiday or business. Works out much the same in terms of cost when petrol, and parking are talen into account

A fridge was provided, it buzzed all night, but had been put in a cupboard in such a way that it couldn't be opened. Everything was maintained at an absolutely minimum standard, for example: the grouting in the shower was discoloured, one of the lifts squealed because something was catching on the door. Wewouldn't want to go again.

A fantastic start to our holiday,check in very welcoming and the porter on the door was a exceptionally friendly and pointed us in the right direction after taking our bags from the car .Nothing was too much trouble,,please thank him...our stay was comfortable, and as I managed to get a special rate it was incredible value for money, there was everything we needed in the room including a fridge which came in very useful. We had the added delight of meeting Liam Gallagher too which was the icing on the cake.I wont hesistate to recommend the hotel to anyone and will definately stay again before a flight.

From the moment the car was picked up the holiday really began. Hotel was great, so was food. Quick and easy into airport at silly o' clock the next morning. A great start to our holiday.

The Gatwick Hilton is a lovely hotel,I was upgraded on arrival which was a good start to my holiday. The food was good although I found the wines a bit too expensive for what they were. Very convinient for both terminals, I would stay here again.

I would use this again for it's convenience. Food outlets, particularly M&S in arrivals lounge of South Terminal offer good value for those on a budget, or just wanting snacks at High Street prices. All Staff friendly.As convenient as it it gets with no transfer worries, stress free experience.

Our room was very clean and more spacious than expected. I ordered a double room and expected a double bed but had two single beds pushed together. This was fine though! We had to ring housekeeping twice for toiletries but didn't wait long for these to arrive. It was very quiet and we had a good night's sleep before our flight the following morning.

It is so conveniently located for the airport. We arrived late and were able to check our bags in that evening, then just walked into the hotel for a quick snooze before we were up early for the flight. All this meant at least another hour in bed.

Greeting was pleasant. Clear instruction given on facilities available. Staff extremely efficient. However was a bit of a shock to find room tax vat added to my bill plus charity donation should be optional.

We found the whole experience very enjoyable, could not have found a better hotel to stay in, Staff etc were very pleasant and helpful, The parking was easy, the transfer to the hotel after parking the car, the bus was there waiting. If we are going from Gatwick again we will be booking with you, it was a one stop shop.
