On return we had problem with car, a flat battery, the staff were able to sort this and get us on our way.

We have stayed twice now with parking and both times the procedures have been without a hitch and exactly as described. The shuttle bus to the terminals is good and the drivers very helpful. Very good customer service.

Excellent accommodation and value for money with easy access to all terminals of Heathrow airport via a Hopper bus which runs a route through several hotels every 10-15 minutes.

The hotel room was not world class, the plumbing was dodgy and dated, but it was spotless and spacious. We got a real shock when we bought two double whiskies for £19 at the bar. Parking was on very muddy grass and it took half an hour to find a space, but the overall experience worked perfectly. Yes, I'll use it again.

We didn't need parking although we had booked it - due to weather we travelled by train. Because of this we were given a discounted rate for breakfast. Parking rated great above as we couldn't leave it blank.

Once the hotel had been located, everything went like clockwork. The reception staff could not have been more helpful, good instructions on where to park. The hotel in general and the room in particular was clean, quiet and tidy.

We were very impressed with the service and value for money, we couldn't have asked for a better hotel for the price and the transfer from the hotel to airport was literally minutes away. Rooms clean, plenty of food options in the hotel although very expensive! Would highly recommend.

Comfortable rooms, excellent room service, courteous staff. Eliminates hassle of travelling to airport on day of departure. Also being more economical than just parking alone.

We found it a little bit hard to find the hotel and once we were there we were told we should 'park on the grass' as it was so busy. We were not happy about this as we were leaving the car for a week. We drove around and found a space on our own. The room was clean and comfortable- ideal for the one night. We got on the Hoppa bus in the morning which took much longer than expected, so I would recommend leaving plenty of time before check-in to get to the airport. On our return we were delayed due to bad weather and the hotel staff were very reasonable about this and didn't charge any extra. I can't really remember what the customer service was like so it must have been ok! Overall it was a good experience and I would use them again.

Outstanding value! The hotel cost around £100 for 4 adults sharing 2 double rooms with parking for 1 car for 8 days. The rooms are very nice and all the staff seemed very helpful. I would suggest that if there are more than three people travelling that you take a taxi from the hotel to the airport as it works out cheaper and saves a lot of time.

This is a must hotel if you are using the airport or even for a short stay. It is fantastic value for money with the parking included for the duration of your holiday. The frequent shuttle bus, which is free, tops everything off nicely.

We were flying out of T4 and getting there was a big headache; we only just managed to catch our flight even though we left in plenty of time. The reception did not tell us that the hoppa did not go to terminal 4 and cost £4 pp to go about 2 miles to t3!!!! and then still had to get to T4. Hotel was great value for money but getting to the terminal was far too much of a pain and so we started the holiday stressed.

The hotel and its facilities were great and the all-in price was very cheap. However, as the Hoppa busses do not go to Terminal 4, it took far too long to reach there from Terminal 3, where you are dropped off. It was even worse on the return journey.

I thought it was great value for money, the only down side for me was that I had to get a taxi to the terminal because the transfer buses don't run that early. I will certainly use this service when I next use Heathrow Airport.

Absolutely no hassles, which is something I needed when travelling alone with a 3 year old. The shuttles arrived right on time, the driver was very courteous and helpful. The short transfer journey to and from the airport was really useful. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. All in all a very good experience.
