Hotel team very friendly. Restaurant food was poor - didn't look or taste appetising. Although the Chef was behind the food counter he didn't say anything & missed the opportunity to promote the food & ensure that everyone knew the food choices available.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and made the booking in process easy & fast. All areas of the hotel were clean and there was plenty available, from a naci bar, shop and restaurant (although this was rather on the pricey side to dine in). The room was really nice, clean & a very good size. The bed was very comfortable and with air conditioning you could have the room at the exact temperature you wish. The shuttle buses came every 10-15mins, which was extremely helpful & also fast. Upon return to the hotel, it was a simple case of retrieving the keys from the hotel reception & the car had been brought back to the front area of the hotel. Everything was made so convenient for us. All together, I will definitely be staying here again before my next holiday.

The staff and booking in process was very efficient, as was the return. The hotel was very close to Heathrow, which meant that the journey time was short and you could use a taxi if you wish. Overall we were very impressed and would use the hotel and parking again.

On return, failed to give me exit ticket and failed to tell me that they had moved the car from where I left it. Then were unable to tell me where the car had been moved to and had to send a security guard out to search for the car.

Clean, efficient and cost effective. The second time we have done this and we will certainly use this hotel again. Takes the pressure out of whether we will arrive at the airport on time for our flight. The perfect start to our little break! Thank you.

Terrible hoppa service to the airport - goes everywhere and takes for ages - i.e. 3 or 4 other hotels, and goes around all the terminals; personally, will get a cab next time and save myself 30 wasted mins.

Location is really good for the airport, good value for money as some other parking only opportunities with no accomodation available were more expensive. Most importantly for me was that there was no hassle, a good customer experience.

For early flights well worth staying at the Holiday Inn. Helpful staff, room was very good and food good. A great deal which included parking for the duration of our trip. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was an additional £15! We waited until we were at Heathrow and had a lovely breakfast for £7.

Very convenient being just off the M4. Hotel staff were extremely helpfull, concierge a bit 'jobs worth'. Hotel food was of poor quality. Took ages to arrive, beef was very gristly and not very hot. Restaurant manager was apologetic and reduced the final cost. Overall though the Holiday Inn is very convenient and we would use this hotel again, but unlikely to use the restaurant.

It was very nice and just what I would expect from a Holiday Inn hotel. Sampans Restaurant at the hotel was superb!

Suggest you get more explicit directions before driving to the hotel, which is easily visible from the M4 but slightly difficult to access unless you know exactly where you're heading. The Rotisserie restaurant has an Earlybird offer which is excellent value.

One reason for booking this hotel was the promise of an Oriental restaurant. It is closed on a Sunday, as is the advertised "Pub" atmosphere bar. Breakfast in the restaurant was not available before 6:30, and breakfast in your room not before "between 6 and 6:15" - which is no use if you want to depart at 6:30 The hotel does offer a "Breakfast checkout" for those in a hurry - However, even if they had have offered breakfast early enough, they don't offer this facility on a Monday morning...

I wouldn't hesitate in booking this again. The only drawback was the shuttle service took 20 minutes to get to the Terminal, so we booked a taxi there and back, which was obviously more expensive - but this would not put me off booking again.

After a long journey it was great to book in to a hotel with great facilities, fabulous meal in the restaurant, comfortable room and excellent transfer service to airport terminal. The car parking facility was very good; will definitely use this option again.
