"Hopper" bus did not take us directly to Terminal 4.It meant a transfer from Terminal 2 to Terminal 4 adding to the stress of our journey.Other than this I would book this hotel again.

Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. Hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Meal in the 'bar' area was fine! Taxi booked for very early next morning arrived on time. Parking spaces at the hotel were limited but we managed to find a space.

somehow my luggage was off loaded at the wrong terminal. whoever off loaded it did not have the decency to tell any one but just left it with the associated inconvenience and wor ry this caused. also I consider £8 .00 return expensive.

A comfortable, close to the airport hotel, good value for money especially the erxtended parking. I would definitely use this hotel again for travelling abroad. One negative aspect of the service was that the check in desk was manned by only one person and if you required services other than check in you had to stand in line.

We used this hotel really for the extended parking so weren't expecting much but we were treated really well and the staff were really helpful. The room was surprisingly spacious and nicely decorated. It was mazingly good value for money and we would certainly stay again

This hotel exceeded our expectatios considering the price we paid. Never had to leave the hotel once we arrived as the on site resturants offered a good choice of dining and at reasonable prices. I would recommend this hotel.

We arrived at 1a.m., and check-in was efficient and courteous. Our room was clean,comfortable, relatively large and very quiet. This is a modern building and you can expect (good) Holiday Inn standards which was ideal for an overnight stay before catching an early flight out. We booked a taxi to take us to the airport, which was only £1 more than Heathrow Hoppa for 2 people, but caught the hoppa back. Parking at the hotel was no problem and the car was as we left it on our return. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

As wanted terminal 4 long walk from train to terminal 1, bus stop not immediately obvious after a flight all night without sleep due to turbulance.

Excellent for early flights, great VFM. But whilst room was very good, maintenance let it down; broken trouser press, no cups for a drink, fridge out of order. Also, restaurant outrageously expensive and poor quality. Order a pizza from a local take-away instead!

The hotel was average in terms of service & cleanliness, although the price was good when you consider it included parking for up to 15 days. Some hotels have free shuttle service to the airport, which this did not have, so that was dissapointing. However considering the price I paid I suppose that's fair enough. I do feel however that the hotel did'nt deserve a 4 star rating, I expected a little more than I got. Final point, the drinks in the bar were somewhat over-priced, £18 for 2 double vodka and cokes.

My wife and I were pleased with the hotel and there is nothing serious enough to complain about. I have to say that the staff and service was excellent and I would be happy to use this hotel again. If there were anything to grumble about I would do so, but there is not.

Excellent Hotel, did not use food facilities as arrived very late. Booking in was very quick; our morning call came on time which was good as we had to catch the 1st 5am Shuttle. This also arrived on time. Would certainly use this Hotel again, also your Company.

Overall very good value for money. We took the taxi option to Term 4 as there is no direct coach from the Holiday Inn and we had very heavy baggage. Cost was £19 one way but worth it. We did the same on our return to the hotel. Collecting the car keys was easy and the car was parked near to Reception. Good value for money!!

I was very pleasded with the hotel and the parking arrangements. One small problem, we booked a taxi with reception but am not sure whether or not it was actualy booked as it did not turn up. We had to use the Bus Hopper Service in an emergency which I feel was very poor value for the money.

On arriving back at Heathrow we phoned hotel to find out which bus stop number we needed and no-one could tell us..very frustrating...

Excellent value for money, courteous arrangement of taxi transfers to the airport. Would strongly recommend eating at the Thai restaurant - a bit on the expensive side but worth it.

Easy check-in, car was waiting when we got back from holiday. Two nice places to eat. Very enjoyable.

As always with large hotels near London's airports the food and drink is very expensive and not always of a good standard. However, there is a pub within a few hundred yards where the drink is at 'normal' prices and the food is very good.
