The room was of good size, bathroom was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, although no one who worked on reception seemed to know how the guest internet service worked. Would recomend getting a taxi rather than the shuttle bus as the hotel is the first of about 7 hotel pickups. Would stay there again.

Holiday Inn should make it clear that there are 3 holiday inns in the area and 2 of them are on Sipson Way/Road - need to emphasise to (very tired after travelling) customers which one to get off hopper bus at - don't rely on bus driver checking your ticket. Local taxis make a mint out of this ferrying people to their correct hotels.

Just what you would expect from this standard of hotel, friendly helpful staff. Plush comfortable surroundings and a 24hr gym (great for exercise junkies like myself!) If more than one person is staying, I would reccomend getting a Taxi to and from the airport. It's faster, more comfortable and only costs about two pounds more (although the driver will likely moan about having another local drop!)

The hotel,room, food, bar service were all excellent. The main issue was on checking into the hotel the times of the buses were given but: 1)It was not explained that this was not a free service & the fact that you had to buy a ticket on the bus itself was a very lengthy & cumbersome process. It would greatly speed up the process if you could buy a ticket in the hotel in advance. (Which i have done on a previous occasion from another hotel) 2)The bus itself was late(coupled with ticket fiasco)& visits 2 other hotels before proceeding to the terminals 3)However, by far the biggest issue is the fact that it was not explained that the hoppa bus does not go to terminal 4!!! As a result my eighty year old mother & myself suffered totally unnecessary distress and only made the flight due to outstanding customer service from a British Airways employee. Had this been explained we would either have allowed considerably longer to get from terminal 3 to terminal 4 by train or booked a taxi to take us directly.

The hotel is comfortable and good value for money. Drinks are expensive and the food in the all you can eat buffet is good, not tried the other 2 resturants. hotel staff very good.

Whay can I say other than there were no problems. I was expected at the hotel. Car details passed on. Keys handed in the following morning. When we arrived back car keys were waiting for me withy the car all parked up. The car moved less then one mile. I will certainly use the facility again. The room was excellent.

This was a really good bargain and stress free way to travel. Our hotel room was superb and the hotel hoppa and service wonderful. Will definitely consider it again next time we trave.

Absolutely no problems with the room, staff or parking which was all fine. The food in the bar area was very expensive and of poor quality and the portions were extremely small. This could definitely be looked at - Americans would think they were being put on a diet!!

we used this hotel for an overnight stop plus parking for 5 days, rooms were clean and very welcoming and all the staff were pleasent and helpful I would recommend this hotel

The hotel may be difficult to get to if you don't have sat nav. Great views from 10th floor and hotel room comfortable and clean. Everything went smoothly and on collection the car was fine. Brilliant price and would use again.

This hotel is totally business orientated and therefore the service comes over as very impersonal. Finally found a parking space on arrival (difficult); when we got back just told "Oh it's in Car Park B" no idea of a location other than that. What they didn't tell me was that contrary to what the info' provided; was that it actually hadn't been moved to "a secure parking location" and was in fact in the same space I'd left it in, which I luckily checked rather than wandering all around Car Park B!

This was the first time we have used this hotel parking scheme and we were very pleased with it. The hotel was very pleasant and the transfers to the airport went very smoothly. We will certainly consider using the service again.

The hotel was very good, the rooms were clean and tidy. The only problem we found was the price and quality of food in the restaurants. Other than that we would use again, but would probably go elsewhere for food.

Long wait at reception and very few if any people who spoke good English. We had trouble making ourselves understood. Food very expensive so eat at a local pub which was round the corner. The pub was full of people staying at the hotel so if the hotel offered a cheaper meal (say upto £10-£15 a head) they would get loads more trade. The chinese in the hotel was £25 a head plus drinks which many thought extortionate. Room ok. Parking ok except they wanted my car keys to move my car but would tell me where my car was going to! Overall hotel was ok but would have been nice to stay in rather than find a pub.

Reception staff were VERY unhelpful and unwelcoming at cheking in!It was VERY busy and I found them very unresponsive. Room Key didnt work and i had problems again and after queing again for over 20 minutes reception staff tutted at me! Breakfast was adequate but like being a school canteen!The Bus service to the terminal was excellent. We booked a room on returning from holiday and cancelled it because of the terrible service. On departure to collect the car, it had been moved to a grass area that was very wet and soggy! The reception staff had no idea where the car had been moved to. It took over 30 mins to find it and we had to push the car out of the carpark because it was swamped in soggy grass! all in all! choose another hotel! total nightmare.

Perfectly pleasant place to relax in prior to catching an early morning flight. I have been travelling around the world for 41 years and this is the first time I have stayed overnight in an hotel near the airport. I would not hesitate for one moment to repeat the experience.

Ensure when booking that the terminal you are departing from is accessible form the hotel easily. Other than that it's a great way to start a holiday.

I was a bit dubious as I didn't know where I'd end up but the details came through very quickly and I was more than pleased with the hotel and thought the price was fantastic. If I'd paid for parking I'd have had a really early start and spent at least £35 so for £60 I had the parking, Bed & Breakfast and a good nights sleep making my travelling day alot easier. Would use again.

I'd hoped to get a package where I would be able to move my car to one of the on-airport car parks rather than leave it at the hotel. Hotel Hoppa isn't the quickest service and I hit it at a shift change.

A great hotel, great location and whilst the first coach was at 4.30am with not another until 5:10am it was adequate for my flight. would stay again, however was disapointed with the service from Simplyhotels.co.uk customer service when I called.
