Although it cost a few pounds more than others, it was well worth it, very close to M25 and terminal 4, only took a few minutes,pick up coach was there minutes after phoning. Highly recommended.

We had a good experience. Staff at the drop off point were helpful and efficient. Transfers to/from the airport were short, and the minibus arrived very quickly.

Driver was friendly & chatty & interested in where we had come from making the return pleasant. On return to pick the car up there are no signs to exit the compound & found that car was wrong way round from the exit after going into a dead end at the side of the building then having to reverse out & turn the car around. Location is nice & straight forward to both get too & journey to airport.

Good value for money. Transfers were efficient and fast and staff most courteous.

This was an easy to use car parking facility, there was no fuss and i was speedily taken off to the terminal for my flight. it took a lot of stress out of the begining of a long trip.

Signing in and transfer to airport quick. Vehicle for pick up at return arrived a few minutes fter reaching bus stop

As soon as I drop my car the courtesy bus was waiting and I was in the terminal within 15 minutes of arriving at the car park. Just as good on my return. Simply excellent.

If you expect your car to be returned in approx the same condition it was left in, this is not the carpark for you. I have never seen my car so thickly covered in dirt and grit.It had to be seen to be believed. I was offered a bucket of water to clean the windscreen to make it drivable. I complained about the state of it and was told all the cars are the same because they are parked next to the runway and nothing can be done about it. Apart from this the transfer ran smoothly with little delay. I would not use this car park again as I value my paintwork too much and found the attitude of the team leader there unhelpful in the extreme.

Parked up, dropped off keys and a bus was waiting. Transfer to the airport takes just a few minutes. On return a bus was waiting by the time we got to the bus stop and our car was ready for us when we arrived. Can't get much better than that.

Staff were very friendly and customer orientated - a refreshing change from most companies today. I will certainly use the service again.

The staff were friendly and efficient. There was no wastage of time to get to the terminal. We had to wait only a few minutes for the pick up. Would definitely use them again.

I would have scored this 10/10, had I not had to wait 15mins at the car-park, whilst the staff hurried to move several cars that were blocking me in! This was disappointing as they knew I was arriving, especially as the service to date had been impeccable: smooth check-in and promptly transferred to T4 (very short journey to terminal) and promptly picked-up on return (collected within 5mins of calling). Just a shame that I wasn't able to drive away quickly. Staff throughout were courteous and helpful and appeared to be sincere in their apology for the mistake that had been made. Will use again and hope the mistake made was a one-off.

Everything you need to get your holiday off to a great start. Staff helpful and friendly and parking made easy. Buses very punctual and arrive earlier than you think. Great great service and will definitely use again.

It was fine. The cheapest of the lot and the transfer to the airport was pretty much straight away. On the return I phoned up for the bus, which is a bit of a pain when you've just got off a long haul flight and they sent the bus to the wrong terminal which wasn't great. They were all very apologetic and sorted it out.

In my experience, the service was outstanding. The bus service for transferring to and fro airport terminal was the best part. The car park is just outside terminal 4 and the bus arrived within few minutes of making call to the customer service and on both occasions (drop off and pick up), the service was hassle free.

The whole experience of parking with Click Park Heathrow was brilliant! The staff were efficient, transfer to Terminal 4 was quick and easy and on return the transfer bus was at the bus stop before we were! A stff member was waiting outside the office at the car park as was my car! All we had to do was climb in and drive off home!!! Brilliant service!!!
