Slightly off the beaten track, but easy to find. Quick drop off and transfer. Prompt collection and transfer on return leg. I'd use them again.

No complaints at all. No waiting whatsoever and pleasant, helpful staff.

I selected Quick for its proximity to terminal 4. Dropped off my car without problem and was almost immediately on the shuttle to T4. Contacted them without problem and fast shuttle arrival on return. Car mileage had barely changed.

We flew from Terminal 5 and although Click Park are quite a way off site, this was not an issue. The coach taking us to the terminal waited until I had completed the necessary paperwork and the staff were very friendly and efficient. I only had to wait 15 minutes for the pick up on our return though I would imagine that this would be affected depending on the time of day i.e. rush hour traffic might mean a longer wait. I was very satisfied with every aspect and will certainly use Click Park again.

We had a major problem as BA had changed the terminal at last minute, meaning our booking with Click was not the right terminal for us. The staff at Click were extremely helpful and helped us make other arrangements with real urgency. Thank you!

Mini-bus was waiting for us when departing for and on return to the airport.

Can't fault these guys really. Everything flows from the minute you book the parking to them handing the keys back to you at the end of your trip. Everyone's so friendly too. Just perfect.

This was great. Easy directions to the car park. The bus to take us to the terminal (5) was waiting for us as we came out of reception on arrival. Nice short transfer to the terminal. On our return, we phoned the number provided as soon as we had gone through customs, and the bus arrived just as we got to the bus stop. Will use this one again.

I was amazed to find a "good value for money" airport parking within the airport's perimeter and only 2-3 minutes transfer to the door of terminal 4. The staff were friendly, efficient and expecting me both on departure and return. I felt I had a personalized service.

So far, I always had a very fast transfer to and from the terminal. People friendly and helpful. Good value.

We were very pleased with our experience. Helpful emails beforehand, and a helpful reminder. Good directions, convenient parking, only had to wait a few minutes for transport to and from airport. We would definitely use again.

Would recommend anyone flying from Heathrow to use Click Park - very efficient service from start to finish. Well done guys!!

I was very impressed by the service from my first arrival, being trasferred straight away with one other couple and being collected within minutes of confirming my arrival. My car was waiting for me when I arrived at the car park, ready for me to get straight into and drive away. The directions were easy to follow, even for a complete stranger to the area, and I found my way back onto the M25 very easily. I'd definitely recommend.

Friendly helpful staff and good service. If I were going from Terminal 4 again I would be happy to use Click

On arrival it appeared a small compound type area but the parking was simple, the staff helpful and the car ready on my return. Would certainly use them again

Great value for money and the service was excellent - transfers were very quick and efficient. Will most definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

Overall OK...very close to T5 unfortunately going out we went via T4, return was direct and pickup quick. Transport is provided in upper market mini-bus with lots of space. Directions provided are a slightly mis leading so look on google first
