Does exactly what it says on the tin! Easy to find, friendly service, prompt drop off and collection. Will definitely use the service again.

Good service, but the outside of my car was pretty dusty and the door frame dirty because shoes....

I think the time call for picking up at airport change more earlier. They request that I call for picking me up when I get luggege. But, I have to wait car at outside 10mins more.

Although I arrived early, a driver arrived within 10 minutes of my telephone call and took me rapidly to Heathrow. My car was safe and sound on my return, and had not been driven miles whilst I was away! Once again, I had arrived back earlier than I had thought, but the driver was even quicker this time, and I was collected after only about 5 minutes. Very pleased with the service.

We had been on a VERY long series of flights, and it helped to have such a good service when we arrived. We would recommend priority park and ride to others and use them again.

The only comment is that the parking area should be signposted from the train station.

A little bit of a struggle to find but its basically next door to west draycote station - through the gates and first building on your right. No hanging around straight in the minibus and off to the airport.

Ring up once you collect your bags and the driver comes straight away and collects you at your terminal. Much better than waiting around for buses that some times take ages.

The staff were extremely helpful, over and above the call of duty. It was great to have a transfer on demand rather than having to wait for a bus. The value for money more than made up for the 10-15 minute transfer time.

Great value. Swift and problem free transfers both ways. A more personal service than the other car parks we have used. My only slight criticism is that the car park is a little difficult to find, particularly in the dark.

1.Having chosen the nearest location, the map and description to access was inaccurate. 2.At 7am on a dark and frosty morning and tring to find somewhere to park to ring up didnt help my state of mind being solo. 3.The operative on the other end was helpful to a point but still expected me to know the area, especialy when saying go to the end of the road and turn left ( that end of the road turned out to to be half a mile away through an industrial estate. 4.I did not see any sign stating Priority Prking on my arrival but happened to guess correct as the place near the station. 5.On my returned picked up promptly but car was miles away from my original drop off point in some scrapyard (it was under lock and key as a plus point). 6.General suroundings were scruffy hence the low price for the service.

Drop off was ok if a little hard to locate at West Drayton rail station. Prompt and friendly operator dropped us off at Heathrow and didn't seem to mind we were nearly an hour later than planned due to traffic on the M25. The car was moved to a different parking area (where cars are stored while owners are away) and the person that moved it must have been a mechanic with filthy hands as the steering wheel and door handle were covered in black/brown muck on our return. The substance was difficult to remove even with car cleaning products.

Wasn't sure I had arrived at the right place - West Drayton Rail Station - or that I was being returned to the right place - a yard that looked not unlike a tatty builder's merchants - but other than that great value for money: super prompt transfers and short distance to/from M4. I'd certainly use again.

hi, i usually use meet and greet but the prices for heathrow make it poor value. priority park and ride worked well, once i found the drop off point. the time to get back to where my car was parked was longer and added time to my journey home. i did think it would have been ideal if they had met me at the airport in my car! all in all however, good value for heathrow.

The 'office' wasn't easy to locate - I was held up on the M25 and in a bit of a flap - so was not alert to it in the car park. Once located the whole business of getting to terminal 3 was smooth (I was calmed by friendly and efficient personnel). My return was even smoother. A minibus was there to collect me immediately after my phone call. The driver headed out from the yard in anticipation of my arrival and was there as I got to the collection point. The yard is off the beaten track - the driver led me to a point I recognised.
