Basically, the service was good, but it took too long to get the car back on our return. Waiting 20 minutes in the rain is not great, and one might as well use the on-airport car parking and shuttle bus - it wouldn't have taken any longer

I submitted an email to your Sales team, but have not yet received a response. Arrival was fine. But on coming back to LHR I had to wait 30 mins for my car. I might as well have saved money and parked in the multi-storey. Well I complained to the driver he said he was only told 15 mins previously and I should complain to customer services as the drivers didn't pass them on, as they didn't care as they got paid anyway!

On returning to the UK and having first provided my return flight details to Purple parking, and then called when in baggage collection (as requested) we had to wait a further 1 hr for our car to be returned. At nearly twice the cost of parking your own car and then travelling by bus to the terminal I expected a more timely and efficient service.

On our return to Heathrow, our plane was held in the stack waiting to land and then delayed a further 30 minutes while our gate was occupied by a late-departing aircraft. None the less, the SimplyParking driver was cheerfully waiting to hand over our car when we finally emerged from T3. Cannot ask for better service than that!

I booked the parking over the internet (very simple to use site), but could not find a Purple Parking attendant to collect my car from Heathrow T1, call to helpdesk resolved that driver was at T4! Similar experience upon return, car was taken to T4, when we arrived at T1! (40 minute delay in having car delivered)

Our experience was brilliant and I would recommend purple parking to anyone. We will use them again. Much better than the last company we used. Apart from the driver looking for the original car that we booked in weeks before we travelled and we had to change barely 24hrs before departing, as the details had not been changed on the drivers ticket. But he was there looking for us and we still found each other within minutes of arriving! But this did not spoil our experience. Car was ready and waiting for us at the same place we dropped it off in the same condition we left it in. With no excessive mileage or petrol used, only the distance from airport to car park to airport again. Staff are very friendly and polite. If like us you are going on a long haul flight, consider this option very seriously, as the the TIME SAVED,stress and convenience of having your car picked up and especially, there for you at your terminal, even on a short journey is a godsend. Not suffering stress at having to spend even more time waiting around for public transport when you have flight fatigue, if like me you have a disability, you have children and have heavy luggage to drag around, then find you have to re-book a coach or train if you missed your booked connection because your flight was late landing, or your lift let you down at the last minute, as both has happened to me in the past. These reasons are very good reasons to seriously consider paying the extra to have your car picked up and dropped off at your terminal and purple parking will make it simple and well worth the cost. I will not travel any other way now and will book with purple parking.

After we had been travelling for 16 hours it was great not having to bother getting on some bus/coach and manhandle luggage. We were in the car and off home in no time. Would definitely use this service again

From the first time I used Meet & Greet I decided it was the only hassle free & civilised way to travel.I recommend it to everyone I meet. I start off the holiday relaxed & when I return I can immediately head for home! What could be better. Plus I minimise the time I am on airport premises.

I mistakingly thought that by paying extra for the "meet and greet" service i would get a superior service. I wanted the car valeted but one of your own employees told me that i would be wasting my time as it was'nt up to standard. I will NOT be using this service again.

Driver waiting for us when we arrived.Handed over the keys, unloaded the car and that was that. Totally hassle free, highly recommended especially if you have young kids. On our return, phone call from the baggage hall and our car was waiting when we got out of the terminal. Bit reluctant to use the service at first but very glad we did.

I rang for car as sson as arrived in baggage hall, as advised. Still had to wait 30mins after we got to the drop off row where car delivered. This negates the advantage over catching a bus to a car park and is very frustrating after a long days travelling

I was early ariving at the airport (upon my departure) but phoned the office and my car was collected shortl afterwards - not a long wait. Upon my return, I rang from baggage claim as requested and the car was waiting outside by the time I left the arrivals gate.

The service was great and very useful for someone like me with three little babies to carry to the airport along with the luggage. The only thing, though not significant, I would like to suggest is regarding the cleaning service of my car. I appreciate my car is not very clean due to small children, however, it would have been useful if I was asked when handing my car in at departures for this service. I would have most certainly agreed to use this service in order to receive a clean and fresh vehicle. I did find an advertisement on my return receipt but it was too late. Nevertheless, it was my second time and I loved both experiences.

Fantastic, best way to deal with airport parking I have ever found. Driver was waiting for us on arrival to take the car and on return was waiting to hand back the keys. No fuss, no waiting, no hassle. With three children under five and a tired wife this saved us an hour travelling both ways. Cost me approx £50 more than the off airport parking, but worth it.

Despite us being an hour earlier than expected, one quick phone call and the guy was there within minutes to pick up the car, absolutly excellent service. We were extremely late landing due to delays, but no one minded and the car was delivered back within minutes.

We arrived an hour earlier than scheduled and rang up if it was OK for the car to be collected then. Although we had to wait half an hour, the car got collected earlier without any problem. On arrival the driver arrived at meeting point at the specified time. Will definetely use again.

Despite turning up slightly earlier than the agreed time for depature flight, and being delayed on our return by baggage reclaim problems - staff were on hand on both occasions, and the good service meant one less thing to worry about on a busy bank holiday.

When I enquired where to get my car I was directed to a sign labelled "Arrivals" by the Airport Information. I would not have been able to find this exit without assitance and found this part of the experience stressful. This feeling of stress was increased because of the development works going on.

The only problem we had the collection driver wrote down the wrong Reference number. When phoning it took a while for the car to be located and the girl on the phone I thought was rather rude, she suggested that my wife was not reading the reference number incorrectly and we had to search through our paper work to find the original booking made on the internet. After a 12 hr flight it's not what we needed. The car could not be located by our address or car reg. Apart from that the service was fine and we would use your services again.

Given that the car park is 5.1 miles from Terminal 3 it is disturbing to find that the car travelled a further 10 miles whilst in your possession. Furthermore the odometer controls and tax disc have been tampered with and the tax disc holder has been damaged requiring replacement.
