They even managed to be flexible when we arrived half an hour early and the returning flight was an hour late (flight details were not available but they managed it anyway!). Good service.

Left the car for two weeks and it was returned clean. Communication was good and car was delivered within 20 minutes on my return. Very Good service overall.

Upon arriving at the airport following the clear instrutions in our initial letter we were met by a member of your team who had a lovely sense of humour for that early in the morning. He made the process very efficient and we were off to catch our plane within a few minutes. The return was equally quick and again the team member was polite and friendly.

The car was left with star parking for four weeks and I was concerned that there might be some damage to car in this time. This was in part due to previous bad experience of broken windscreen at Gatwick. The car was returned with no damage and no excessive mileage on car. On arriving at Heathrow driver was prompt in meeting us and collecting the car. Return of the car was equally as prompt by the time we had found our way to collection point we only had to wait about five minutes. With hindsight I should have paid for a valet car wash as felt sorry for the driver as the car was rather dirty, having been left for so long. I would use the services of Star Parking again.

Excellent directions to collection and delivery points. Driver was there for our departure and return. Hassle free parking at a busy airport. If you want to start your holiday with the minimum of stress this is the way to do it. Every time.

The service to Terminal 5 is excellent and it's a very convenient location for drop off and pick up.

On our outbound journey we rang Star Parking to tell them well in advance that we would be earlier than originally stated, as traffic conditions were clear. They said they would 'try' to get someone there asap. We had to wait a long time for anyone to turn, but grudgingly accepted that we had arrived ahead of schedule. Our return pick up was not acceptable. We rang them as instructed, and yet we were kept waiting for nearly 1/2 hour, after a 12 hour flight and early start we were exhausted, and the whole point of meet and greet is to avoid any delays. We would never use them again.

It was disappointing to have to wait until 21.17 to get my car returned. Company knew that I had no hold luggage, and should have been able to track that my flight was 7-10 minutes early (21.00 scheduled time) and have my car ready for me on arrival.

A very friendly and helpful service. I had no problems at all, and the experience made the start of my holiday easy, and helped ease the pain of returning to normality after the trip. Thanks :-)

First time I have used 'Meet & Greet'. All went as was promised and would definitely continue to use this method in future and to recommennd my friends to do the same. Much more convenient. Thank you.

I've tried plenty of meet and greet services and invariably they are either late taking the car away or late meeting us when we return. In this case, the Star Parking rep was on time for both parts of the journey, although I think this may be partly due to the fact that parking and waiting at Terminal 5 is much easier.

We were later than expected arriving at Heathrow, but kept in contact with Star Parking, the traffic was really heavy which resulted in us waiting approx. 10 mins for the driver, which was not a problem to us as the driver apologised and could not have been more professional. On our return to Heathrow we had a 5 hour delay, on our arrival back at Heathrow I telephoned as requested and by the time we arrived at the pick up point for the car, the driver was already there even tho it was 6 hours later. I could not fault the service we had and would definitely recommend Star Parking to anyone.
