arrived early but a quick call had a driver waiting on arrival. return flight was also early, quick call when leaving the aircraft and as we arrived at the pick-up point there was our car. We will use this service again it was very efficient and speedy.

the driver was late when returning my car i had to wait 60 munits its not good when you were waiting out side terminal.

The driver was slightly late to collect the vehicle. On return the driver was held up in trafic and took a total of 40 minutes after ringing. Otherwise the service was fine.

Over all an excellent service apart from being charged for a no show although our flight was cancellled and couldn't phone in time to speak to anyone because office was closed because of the time difference and had to organise all car rental and accomadation.

From booking, to drop-off and collection, the whole process was simple and straightforward. So much easier than parking in a far-flung car park and then waiting for ages for a shuttle bus to arrive!

The service took some of the stress out of long distance travel, I would use it again in the future.

The service was as described and was definately worth every penny having your delivered to you at the terminal after a long flight home. Will definately use again.

We were late leaving London ,but were contacted continuosly and reassured by the the operator that there was no problem.When we arrived at the terminal the driver was waiting.On our return the phone was answered immediately and again the driver was waiting.The drivers were friendly ,efficient and professional. This is the best company we have ever used for this service and will be our first choice in the future.

Called prior to drop off to say we where delayed in traffic . Advised it was no problem and driver would be waiting . Called when we landed and once again driver waiting even when our luggage was delayed . First class service from drop off to pick up .

Customer service fantastic - I had to change our departure time, and the lady was very helpful. Their timing was brilliant - on arriving back from holiday our car pulled up as we walked out the door. Drivers both really friendly. Will definitely use again.

I have used meet and greet services before, but the Star Parking service has been the best. From booking on line, to meeting the representative at the airport to being met on our return, everything was perfect. No hesitation in recommending this company and I will most certainly use them again! Great value for money as well.

I have used many Chauffeur parking services both on business and pleasure and this is amongst the best .

I was a little early for my departure and once I contacted star parking they dispatched the driver to collect my car straight away. When i returned Star parking contacted me as I arrived in Heathrow and sent the car back as soon as we spoke, I was phoned a second time just as I collected my bags from the carrousel to inform me that the driver was waiting outside. a fast and efficient service and i would recommend them to anyone, I will definatley use this service again.

I had to change my departure booking by 3 hours. Called Star parking to advise of the necessary changes, all very easy and simple and not an issue at all. Then I had a phone call the day before I was due home, it was Star parking saying they were expecting me that morning !! I had booked the wrong arrival date, again no problem they said don't worrry we will see you tomorrow. When we eventually arrived home the next day they were expecting us and turned up at the airport about 10 minutes after I called to say we were through customs. So despite my booking changes and corrections I was still able to just leave/ collect my car upon arrival at the airport. Very professional and great value for money. I will most certainly use you again.

Prompt and friendly service even at 5:00 am! We were happy with everything and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Have used this service before and it was excellent. Arrived at Heathrow T4 just before the driver, who had made contact about half an hour previously, so pick-up was as planned. Very polite driver(Frank)collected the car and made sure I had details for collection. Only minor negative comment was the telephone number given on the website to ring is no longer in use, but there was a message giving the new number - website needs updating. Collecting from T5 went perfectly and car arrived within 30 seconds of me being at the collection point. Brilliant.

We called in 20 minutes before we arrived and the driver was waiting for us when we arrived. Handover was quick and easy. On our return, we called as we came through to arrivals and by the time we made it through to the pickup point five minutes later he was already there. All this for £5 more than it would have cost us for the standard long-term car park. Why would you do it any other way?
