The car was collected on time and despite our return flight being delayed by 5 hours the car was delivered back to us with less than a ten minute wait and no complaint.

Arrived at airport and was dealt with and relieved of keys in a flash. Car was checked and I was wished a good holiday.On return our terminal was changed but they already knew and was waiting there when we arrived. We paid no exit fees and wished a safe journey home. Would use again in a flash. Thank you Go Simply.

Very pleased with star parking, efficient and cheapest I found on two occasions. Have recommended to friends who were also pleased

My rear bumper was ripped and my car was filthy. Looked like it had been parked in a field, covered in dirt, leaves and dead bugs! Drivers footwell was caked in mud and the boot tidy had been strewn around the boot and up ended for some reason. Still trying to get star parking to pay for the damaged bumper. The guy who handed my car back was unable to comment or advise regarding the damage.

Brilliant service. Representative there to meet us at airport. No waiting at all. And car ready for us when we landed. And great value too. Highly recommended.

First class service and excellent value for money. Its so easy - driver there to collect our car from just outside the terminal and the car reappears just as we get out of the terminal on return. Minimum humping of bags and no buses. Star sent out helpful reminders by text as we drove to the airport.

All went like clockwork and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. A great experience at a great price.

Due to an early check & a late arrival back in I decided to do a Meet & Greet - it was so easy - the driver was there to collect my car at the agreed time & on the way back I was in the car and on my home within less than 10 minutes. Will definaltey use again

Very friendly and helpful when I arrived an hour early, traffic wasn't as expected (!!!) and they were superb. Car bought down very quickly once I arrived home I'll definitely use them again.

Disappointing in many aspects. On arrival the instructions said to follow "Fast track " sign. It must have been well- hidden because I didn't see it. However , collecting driver was helpful. On my return , I was told it would be 15-20 minutes before the car would arrive. I would have thought, it could have been there earlier because many other operators had the cars parked up there waiting for the customers to come through. When it did finally arrive, the driver left the parking brake OFF whilst he went to pay for the ticket. The car started rolling so I had to jump in to apply the parking brake. The alloys were covered in a red shale dust , so it was pretty obvious what sort of car park the vehicle had been left in. There are far better operators out there

We made one phone call to tell them we would be arriving in 10 mins. a text came back with details of where to take car and a driver was there in a few mins. to take car, and the same on the return journey.

In general pick up and drop off was efficiently carried out. The car was covered in bird droppings. It looked though it had been parked under a tree. I couldn't wait to have the corrosive droppings washed off. In the summer I need parking for four weeks, during such a long stay what would happen to my car. The bird droppings would have eaten into my paintwork. Can you assure me that my car if I book with you will be ok.

I have used a number of meet & greet providers in the past. You always end up waiting, or driving round in circles in anticipation of the driver's arrival, then wondering whether you can trust them with you car when they do turn up and it comes time to hand the keys over. I was exceptionally impressed with Star - someone was there when I arrived, checked my vehicle for damage and took my keys. On return, I called as I was leaving the baggage hall and my car was waiting for me by the time I arrived at the collection point. I will certainly use Star again.

I had a very great parking experience with Star Parking. An attendant was waiting for me at the drop off location on my way out, and on my return two weeks later my car was collected inside 15 minutes of calling the company to inform them that I had cleared customs. I would recommend this service to my friends, and will certainly use it again.

Drop car off very close to terminal, pick up very close to terminal. No more waiting for long stay car park buses. Significantly cheaper than Heathrow car parks. I had a good experience and will use these guys from now on.

No problems at all. They were there when we arrived, and got there within 15 minutes of being called when we returned.

It took me 45 mins to find the drop off attendent as this was not at the valet parking drop off as expected. Not quite valet parking! The telephone number is not monitored and it must have taken 20 rings before either number was answered which is not reassuring. Then on pick up i was initially offered the wrong car before at least departing sharply. Not good enough

Pick up in good time and return was no time waste either. I was home in no time.
