I can enthusiastically recommend Reeds car parking service for Heathrow. Great personal service, cheap and the transfer to the terminal takes no longer than parking on-site.

I chose Reeds after comparing the price and reading other reviews. I was really impressed with the service. Information about the booking and the directions were clear. The transfers were quick and efficient. I would definitely use Reeds again.

Clear directions to the site, friendly polite staff. Speedy pick up from airport on return. Good value, would certainly use them again.

Reeds look to be a small operation, but they were well organised and in all fairness were able to match the pick up and transfer times of the bigger, more expensive, outfits closer to the airport. Allow a little leeway on transfer times as it would seem it's a one-bus shuttle operation and you may arrive at a time when the bus is mid-transfer, but this aside it's a good service. Courteous staff, clean bus, secure parking facility. Would definitely use them again.

Location great, easy to get to and not far from Heathrow. Professional and friendly approach. We were taken immediately to the airport and only had to wait for our return because we arrived at rush-hour....

Easy to find. No hassle to use and we were confident our car would be safe as all were parked behind high automatic gates. Taken straight to terminal. Easy pickup on our return. A very good service.

The location is easy to find and you get a personal journey to the airport rather than waiting for a bus. The instructions for the return journey were accurate and easy to follow and the collection was on time. The cost was quite a bit lower than the other companies and worth every penny. I will definitely use Reeds again when I travel from Heathrow

Easy to find the car park, the minibus set off immediately for the airport, about 10 minutes away. On arrival back, we phoned and were answered immediately. The minibus was waiting for us as soon as we got out and set off immediately. Really friendly driver. He handed us the car keys as we go on the minibus, so we could just get in the car and get straight away. A really smooth parking experience. I see they do servicing and MOT while you are on holiday. If the timing is right, I will take advantage next time. And there will be a next time.

One of the things that we like about Reeds is that the transfer to or from the airport is more or less on demand, rather than having to wait for a coach or mini-bus to fill. The drivers are always helpful and friendly.

After a delay at in arrivals hall, the driver was waiting outside T 5 at stop 28 He was not annoyed at the wait he had and was very friendly Excellent customer service approach. I will use Reeds again.

Reeds provided us with excellent service with our transport to and from Heathrow and looked fter the car satisfactorily during our absence.

Second time of using Reeds, no problems and very quick to come and collect us from Terminal 3. Driver in the early hours appeared a little grumpy, I guess it was 4am though. We shall use Reeds every time we fly from now on.

Slight difficulty finding the place, as the instructions were approximate, but the service was good, and the man who drove us and collected us was friendly and helpful.

Sadly because one of Reeves clients had changed their flight by 24hrs earlier without informing them we had to suffer standing in the cold for 3 quarters of an hour before we were collected.................. If we had known this we could have gone into the airport building to keep warm. We will use Reeves again. P.S. Next time just let us know if you are going to be late due to unforseen circumstances.

The instructions are a little confusing, but you will get there. The service was excellent - no problem collecting in the evening. Would definetly recommend

Nobody around when we arrived at the locked office. Then a man appeared and he drove us to the airport. On the return we phoned, got an answer phone, then were called back. The mini bus arrived in about 10 minutes to take us back to the car which was outside parked ready for us. The car park is some way from Heathrow so best for a long trip away.

I continue to use Reeds Service Park for the simple few reasons given above. What more would you want?

Everything ran like clockwork. The drivers were friendly and punctual. Can't fault it really.

Prompt and efficient service to and from the airport, even after our 12 hour delay.

On both journeys, to and from the airport, the minibus and driver were waiting for us and took us straight to our destination. This was despite arriving half an hour later than our intended time. We couldn't have asked for better.
