Easy to find location; met upon arrival & transported straight to LHR T5; on return a 5 minute wait for pick-up, as expected; very friendly staff throughout. Car safe in secure compound for duration of trip. Will use again & recommend to friends etc.

Quick transfer to airport but after pickup at 5 we were taken back via 4which is a bit of a bore at 0700. Basic cheap reasonably efficient parking

I arrived slightly early before 6am but fortunately there were already other people waiting so it was no problem to get a lift with them. The location is obviously further away than on site parks, but that's no problem if you allow enough time especially for terminals other than 4 and 5. Pick up was there 8 minutes after luggage was collected and they knew immediately I phoned who I was. Had a good chat with the driver on the return and was on my way in no time. I would certainly recommend (and have recommended) this to anyone else.

We were very pleased with Reeds Service Park. Excellent value and very easy to find. The transfer to and back from the airport was done on time and efficiently. We would certainly use Reeds again to travel from Heathrow.

Location is a bit far from the airport but when leaving early in the morning I jumped on the van straight away without delays and it took us just about 15 mins to heathrow terminal 1. Coming back, the van took a while to arrive but it was a very good service in general. Will leave my car with them again.

When we arrived we only had to wait a few minutes and we were off to the airport and taken to our terminal. On our return we made the call and were picked up from the terminal and taken back to our car without any hassle. Will definitely use Reed Service Park again.

Very good service would use them again as they are small and you don't feel as if your car is driven for miles off site

Found the car park site without any problem. It was early in the morning so driver and mini bus were waiting for us and opened up the very secure looking car park to allow us park up. Then a 10 min drive to Terminal 5. On return it was the same in reverse. Following our phone call driver was waiting at numbered bus stop and straight back to car park. Will be using again !

Good service and reasonable value compared with the on airport car parks

the tranfers were better than i expected,the drivers went out of their way to help.

I arrived in the half light at 7am on a Sunday, and it all looked rather deserted. But staff turned up within 30 seconds, and the transfer was smooth. About ten minutes to T5. On return, I was advised it would take 15 minutes for the bus to come, and he arrived after exactly 15 minutes. No complaints, and I would use again.

No one there when we got there, but called and was told someone would be there in 10 mins and they were, all Good

Drivers of both coaches were friendly and safe. My car was held in a safe area exactly where we left it. The park was easy to find and the trip to and from the airport took about 15-20 mins. We will definitely use Reeds again if departing from Heathrow T4 or 5.

More like a personal taxi to the airport service. Just a short ride to all terminals at Heathrow. Timing impeccableaand service second to none. Will use again and would recommend to all.

Extremely efficient service, even though I was early arriving on a saturday evening, there was only a 5 min wait for someone to arrive.Very prompt pick up from airport. Drivers both ways friendly and courteous. Definitely will use Reeds again.

When we arrived it was dark and looked closed, but a Reeds employee soon appeared and the change over was very quick, no paperwork to complete or forms to fill in. The transfer to the airport happened almost immediately, no waiting around for buses. The driver highlighted that the minibus was not performing as it should (possibly due to a blockage in the fuel filter) but we got to the airport without incident. Highly recommended.

This is my 2nd experience of Reeds Service Park this year. They are fast, very friendly and highly efficient. I had my car cleaned whilst I was away, it's still gleaming now. A very professional operation, and a credit to their industry. I will use them whenever the need arises. See you again in March 2013 for sure.

good secure car park and easy to find, prompt assistance. would definately use reeds again.

the guy was waiting for me at 515am in the van to goto the airport. i felt a little bit guilty because i'd put 5am on the online booking. anyway no problem. on return a week later phoned for pickup as i came through customs and van was waiting for pickup. help with bags, brilliant. much better than any others i had used or could mention. will definitely use again.
