Staff were fantastic, got a free upgrade as we were on honymoon. Maitre de was very understanding of my wifes food intolerances and was extremely helpful. Fantastic meal in newly refurbished resteraunt.

Excellent room, good and available leisure facilities i.e. swimming pool etc. Hotel reception recommended a taxi to the airport (cost £9, only £1 more than 2 on the hopper and a quality motor door to door.

The hotel was great, food excellent, and such good value for money. the only thing against this was the transfer bus from the hotel and vice versa. We waited nearly an hour on our return trip to get on the bus, then had people pushing past us to get on.

this hotel is a good quality 4 star which is close to heathrow. hotel reception will arrange a pre booked taxi transfer to airport for £9 which is good value against the 'heathrow hoppa' at £4 each.

The hotel is conveniently located. At the time there was refurbishment work being carried out in the foyer/restaurant/bar areas, however, this was nearly completed. Only downside was the long stay parking area, which is located slightly away from the hotel, but is not very well lit, possibly needs some floodlights. Apart from that excellent.

We had to be at the airport for 10.00am - meaning if we hadn't stayed closeby we would have had to battle around the M25 in rush hour. Instead we had a relaxing night in a nice hotel and still saved money on the car parking!

Excellent car parking facilities, just a shame they were refurbishing the restaurant and bar area, as we'd have liked to have used this facility. Leisure pool was excellent - an all round pleasant start to our holiday!

First time of travelling down day before flight and would definitely do it again to the same hotel. Directions were easy to follow. Unfortunately we do feel that the meal we had in the Irish bar was not of a good standard and tasteless - £27.00 for a Lasagne and a curry was way over priced. Also £9.50 for a pint of beer and a vodka and tonic is outrageous.

We were given exec suite which was lovely and we could watch flights come and go. We will return!

I had two rooms and parking for two cars for the price of what the parking would cost. I did have to pay a bit for transfers but nothing extortionate as the hotel was very close to Heathrow. I would use this service again.

Excellent value for money, nice hotel, short transfer to the airport.

Helpful experience at the check-in with advice on the extended parking package. Restaurant service also by friendly staff, well presented food. Room was well equipped and very comfortable. A good night's sleep in a strange bed is always a good sign.

The hotel was undergoing refurbishment during our stay, so food facilities were not as good as they might have been - however on our return I noticed that the brasserie had reopened. All staff were very helpful - ideal location for Heathrow.

This was a great value night's stay. It felt like an extension to our holiday and we were totally prepared without having to rush to catch the plane.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Some reservations about the parking - on grass. OK when dry. Not sure there was any security lighting.

This was the best hotel with parking we have ever stayed at. It was great to leave the car where we parked it(at the hotel), instead of having it moved like most other hotels do. Hopefully when the renovations are completed the rates will not change.

Had to park car on grass, which was all right but if there had been a lot of rain this may have caused problems.

Quick and efficient service in the hotel despite my very late arrival.

We did not experience the Crowne Plaza at its best since it was undergoing extensive refurbishment. Notwithstanding this, the hotel was extremely well appointed, with helpful, courteous staff and excellent facilities. The parking package was very good value.
