I got delayed on the M4 due to an accident and called PP to advise them of myt problem. It was obvious that I was going to miss my meet time at 07:15 and again notified them of being late. They confirmed that due to me not being able to meet my driver at the allocated time I would be charged an extra charge of 25.00. I had no method of payment as my wallet was in my laptop case which was in the boot and did not have any way of getting to my wallet. Theior customer service contact confirmed that no one would be there to meet me if I could not pay the surcharge! I tried to remain calm but was diffificult to do so but managed to calm down, afterall I was going to miss my flight??? I had to pull over on to the hard shoulder to get my wallet out of the boot and call back to pay the 25.00 penalty charge. I arrived approx 65 mins late which apparantley I missed the allocated 1 hr grace time. On arrival at T4 Heathrow there was no body to meet me and had to wait a further 40 mins before someone finaly arrived to collect my car. Speaking to a PP driver he confirmed that there was a shortage of drivers and had to ask them to return to their secure site to collect cars. I was not happy!! No body called me to discuss my complaint and have since been invoiced for the 25.00! I feel thaht I have been let down and been taken advantage of due to something that was not my fault and beyond my control. So, a bad experience and I will not be using PP again.

Used twice in 6 weeks, first time we were told to meet on road outside terminal (couldn't be better) second time we were told to meet in the short stay car park even though both trips were from the same terminal. It does make you ask if you're taking your own car to the car park (albeit the short stay not the long stay) how much time are you saving? car came back with mud splashes up one side (it was dropped off clean) so we had to get it cleaned again at own exspense.

Number to call prior to arriving at the airport was answered quickly and efficiently. Easy to follow directions provided. Friendly & professional greeting on arrival and car ready and waiting on return. Easy & efficient service; highly recommended.

Ok, so it's more expensive but the ease of just driving up to the airport door and handing over your keys rocks! We even got some tips on our destination from the friendly driver. What's better is arriving back to a wet, windy and freezing Heathrow after an overnight flight from somewhere far hotter and just crossing the road, up the elevator and then hopping into your pre-warmed car. This has now become one of life's little treats. We'll definitely be using again. Tim

This was a great way to start and end our holiday. Following a two hour drive to Heathrow, to drive straight to our terminal to drop off our car was a Godsend. We had no trouble contacting the company on either leg of our trip. A real find.

Very frustrating to wait for 30 minutes for car to be returned after 8 hour flight. When I checked the on board computer I realised that the driver did not set off to deliver the car until 15 minutes after we phoned to alert of our arrival. Disappointing and annoying!

Very undertanding when I was caught in excessive traffic en route to Heathrow. The car was waiting to be collected on arrival at Heathrow. Perfect!

A very efficient and friendly service. Instructions on location were good, meet and greet guys were very friendly, had a bit of banter. Had to use telephone service as flight was delayed, phone answered quickly, positive, friendly service. Would definitely use again, and would recommend to others.

Read beforehand that there was a wait to connect with this company and there was but once though was resonably smooth however when I arrived at the airport there was no collector in sight. I parked and walked inside to the lifts and saw a person wearing the purple parking sign on the phone. I waited for 10 minutes while he finished what was obviously a personal call which to my mind he should have ended. Finally the call was over and he couldn't find my booking- he then dealt with another customer while continuing to look. He quetioned whether I had booked with Purple parking but eventually said he would just write out a ticket based on the copy of my internet booking sheet. He took my keys but didn't check my car with me and then took another call so I left hoping all would be okay. On my return I phoned abd used the ref he had written on the slip b ut they could not trace this- eventually they did and when I got to the meeting point once more they said I had the wrong ref but my car was there so all okay. I thought that purple parking was supposed to be the best but I use these services regularly and this has been my poorest experience to date.

Rare to see happy faces at any airport, your staff at Heathrow were awesome couldn't do enough to help, would highly recommend using your company from Heathrow cant speak for any other airports, but will certainly use you again. always a risk leaving your vehicle with a stranger but stranger no more, fantastic.

I just find it so much better to drop your car off and have it waiting on your return , than to drive off to some compound, come in on a bus and then the same on the way back ....... I really find it worth it to pay for this service

Drive up, hand keys over, 2 mins walk to departures!! Easy and efficient way to leave your car at the airport! On return call to say you've landed, then the car was waiting! Would now use it everytime as it is a great and convenient service

The Business Meet and Greet service is provided by Purple Parking. However, rather than go direct to Purple Parking, we found the same service cheaper on gosimply.com. I would recommend this service as it removes the hassle and extra time needed for long-term parking, providing you can get it for a good price. We would use the service again. We used this service at LHR T5.

I had to use an 0845 number from my mobile - which incurs extra cost. And the person I spoke to wanted my reference number. This was not possible to do, while driving on the motorway and need to confirm 30 mins before arrivals. Other meet and greet companies I have used at other airports have phoned me 30 mins prior to my booked time. This was much more customer focused and easier for me, especially when I am driving.
