It was easy to get to, the guy that took the car off us was happy and helpful (always a good point when starting your holiday) and the car was waiting for us when we arrived back and unlike other compaines we had used we had to ring when we landed, this company checked our flight number and although we was delayed by over 1 hour the attendant and the car was waiting for us. Will I use this again? without a shadow of a doubt I will.

We telephoned to say we would be arriving 20 minutes before our prearranged time. Our parking space was easy to find following the instructions given and we were met straight away. Everything went as planned and when we landed our car was there waiting for us. The quality of the service and the price was second to none.

I booked on line and on arrival there was an error on my booking form and I was told by the gentleman that it would not be a problem, that he would put a note on the card and have it changed in the system. I was advised that this would not affect the fee as the error had been noted ahead of my travel. On my return I called the office as requested and alerted them of my arrival so as the car could be ready for me once I was through departures. At this point I was advised that I owed a 25 late booking fee as I was 24 hours later than scheduled. I advised that this had been dealt with when I left my car but the telephonist refused to accept same and told me I either pay the fee or dont get my car park. So there was nothing I could do but pay. I arrived at the collection point some twenty minutes after my call and my car was not there. There were two assistants at the desk and they were clearly under pressure with about 4 customers to see to. I asked for a call to be made to see where my car was and was advised it is "on the way". Some twenty minutes later still no sign of my car and so I asked again and was at this point advised that it had left 20 minutes ago. Finally about 55 minutes after making the call to alert my arrival my car was handed over to me. No apologies, no customer service. I wont be booking with them again

Eventhough it said Business Meet and Greet, it was actually Purple Parking that dealt with it. The good thing is they have their counter onsite with drivers. You don't need to wait for a driver on arrival. So no major worry if you are running a bit early or late. On arrival, didn't need to call anyone. The car was there as per flight tracking by them. We got delayed coming out due to lost baggage but the staff were very polite and no questions asked. I would definitely use Purple Parking/ Business Meet and Greet again. Thank you all for peace of mind experience.

This was far better then previous meet and greet experiences, as there was no waiting in the cold for drivers to show up. The car was waiting right opposite the entrance to the car park, and the keys were immediately available. We were really impressed with the company for tracking our flight which was an hour late arriving from Los Angeles. Will certainly use this service again. TH.

The parking service was quick and efficient. The Meet and Greet representative was polite and was waiting for me on my return; there was no wasted time. I will definitely use this service again when I travel with my family later in the year.

Good service! There was a Purple Parking member of staff there to meet me and my car was ready for me when I returned and all cheaper than the 'special 20% off price' on the Purple Parking website.

The service was fast and efficient at both ends of the journey, booking process was simple and drivers were on time. However on returning to our car we were mystified by an extra 20 miles having been done in it while we were away. The radio station had also been switched over. Still awaiting an explanation from their customer services department for an answer on the 20 extra miles, so this will depend if we end up using them again.

Second time i've used the service and it wont be the last. Was a bit unsure about parking in the multi storey at Heathrows terminal 1 but it was so easy and the staff so helpful (even fetching me two trolleys). Thanks to every one. Jeff
