This was our first time--and of all days, traffic was so heavy (due to an accident) we were running a bit late. So we worried as we drove up the ramp to find the right meet area. What a relief when the attendant was right there, came right over to us, and we handed over our car in probably 3 minutes. Then it's a very quick walk into the terminal. Our flight on the way back was actually quite early--but our car was sitting there when we walked out of the terminal. Excellent service in every way. No complaints at all. The attendants were nice, too, which is just an added bonus. Definitely recommend, based on our one experience. We will certainly use them again and have already recommended them to a friend.

Travelled with my wife and baby girl. It was very convenient just to park on the 3rd floor of the short stay at T3 and then head straight to the departure hall for check in. No hassle of having to take shuttle bus ...worth paying the extra for the good valet parking service. Staff are very helpful and courteous too. There was an accident when we arrived back and therefore car was delivered late... But I guess this is not within their control.

We were actually running ahead of schedule, but that was no problem, we arrived dropped off the car, spent no more than 2 minutes doing the exchange of keys and paperwork then walked straight into departures, on return the car was delivered back to the drop off point within a few minutes, exactly as handed over, warm and welcoming after our 20 degree shock. A really excellent service, very slick and polished. Next time we travel we will certainly be using this service.

Followed instructions for T5. Parked in rows R&S. They did not have my details as it was a late booking. Sorted with one call. Walked away. Flew off. Flew back. Car waiting on my return.

The welcome team was efficiently managed and helpful. On return journey, the car was ready and we had no bad surprises. All in all I would use the service again as it removes all the pain of parking and the arrival location is extremely handy..

great offering however the service can be a bit miss and miss. i used them 2 weeks before and they kept me waiting 15 minutes before my details were found and i waited 10 minutes on the return for my car. This time, however, the service was impeccable though be warned, there are a lot of directions to find the meeting point at terminal 1 which is difficult to navigate if the only person in the car.

I used Purple Parking booked through Business Meet and Greet and they provided good service. They were ready to receive my car at T5 in the morning and when I returned they had a very slick operation to have the car waiting without me having to call - it all went very smoothly and I would happily use them again.

The directions were spot on, the reception by the parking manager was cheerful, helpful and speedy. That ensured considerable confidence while we were away and the Purple Parking Meet and Greet arrangements on our return were similarly faultless. We will certainly use the system again.

We booked meet and greet at Heathrow, operated by FHR. I had never heard of FHR so was a bit reticent initially, but the experience proved to be great. At Heathrow, you park at the short stay in nominated bays (only a very short walk over the road to the terminal). After leaving the car key with the manager there, the rest is history. On my return journey, there was plenty of potential for problems, but it was all very smooth. Our flight was delayed/ cancelled due to snow, meaning I did not return until 3 days after the original return day. I called the number provided, got straight through, advised them I didn't know when I would be back - that was fine, they said just to let them know when I knew the revised flight. I then also had a baggage claim to make, but even that was fine - I walked out after a long queue, and the car was ready and waiting in the car park. I have previously used meet and greet where you call once you have collected baggage, and it never seems to work properly (I always seem to end up standing around waiting), but this time was perfect. All in all, I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Thank you!

the car was picked up and dropped off perfectly - terminal 5 they have their own stand by the parking so they are always there!

Arrived at T3 and followed the instructions. It was Xmas day and could not see purple parking rep... He was there but busy. He was polite and helpful. Gave me a receipt and off we went. On our return went to the allocated location and my car was there. Could not ask for a better service.... Highly recommended.

However, despite calling the number on the form when arriving back in the country, the car wasn't at the designated place on arrival in the car park. It arrived after a few minutes, but the official didn't seem to be expecting it and this added a little unnecessary stress and delay. Otherwise very good service.

This is even better than traditional meet and greet. My flight was from Hathrow T5, and I just followed the instructions to the meet and greet section of the short term parking, left the keys and strolled into the terminal. On my return, no need to phone, or wait for the driver, just stroll across to the short term parking, and my car was waiting for me. Excellent!

Many thanks to Purple Parking, excellent communication, all went smoothly and what a treat coming from 30 degrees to -2 in my shorts, and my car was warm and waiting. Will definetely use again.

We were delayed coming home by three days, due to hurricane Sandy. and we sent an email detailing expected return flights. When we landed they asked for an additional payment before releasing the car, which was fair enough, but when we got home we discovered we'ld been charged 25 for a 'no show'. I rang and discussed this with them, and this was subsequently refunded with no problem.

The meet and greet service is excellent, especially when returning from Australia in the early morning. No waiting for buses no trying to find your car. Within minutes of collecting baggage, you are on your way home. Excellent job
