Small company, but people very pleasant and efficient. Only waited 10 mins at airport to be picked up on return. Directions to Car Park a little confusing. We drove past entrance initally. We would definately use these again.

The car park and building are bit rough round the edges, but they did the job and well at that. They are close to LHR and very easy to find. I waited about 10 mins each time for the bus at either end. Transfer buses were clean. Nice genuine bunch of people. The driver loaded my bags into the boot and helped me get my sleeping boy into the car. Not slick and high tech like Purple Parking but top marks for getting the job done and personal service.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They are trying hard to improve their car park as they have just retarmaced. Allow at least one hour prior to your earliest check-in time to hand over your vehicle and travel to the airport terminal. They try their best, but the traffic can be busy around Heathrow!

we had to wait over an hour for their bus to pick us up despite 5 phone calls to the office, these guys are completly useless they even lost one mans keys to his car .

Just as above really, not too much to say about a car park other than they gave us peace of mind our car was safe whilst we were away, they gave us telephone number to call when we got back for collection and everything just seemed really well organised and made you feel like they'd done this million times so you could trust them. Thankyou!

The transfer to the airport was trouble free, although I was a bit concerned when the driver, following a bit of trouble with the seat belt, suggested holding my 2-month old son in my lap as he would 'go slowly'. The transfer from the airport was a nightmare. It took an hour for them to pick us up. The mini-bus is very basic and the access to the car park is a disgrace. Will never use them again, even at the price.

I believe the shared driveway is soon to be resurfaced and this would certainly make it a more pleasant eperience. Otherwise very good value and collection and car ready to drive off was A+.

Would most certainly use the service again. We were quickly on to the bus at the depot and the car was ready and waiting on our return. All went very smoothly.

You get what you pay for! We were left standing in the cold for 45 minutes and were not even given an unprompted apology - the CUSTOMER should come first - with Happy Days, that does not seem to apply

Check in was fast and efficient.Bus was ready and waiting at the car park. Bus was at the airport within ten minutes of call being made. When I went to collect the car I found that I had a flat tyre. No one told me there was a problem although they must have known.

This is not 24hr parking, I arrived to a locked gate with a notice giving a number to call for access, I called the number to be informed there would be a £10 charge for early opening before 04:30. Another customer was informed there would be a £10 gharge for transfering to the terminal before 05:00

this was the second time we used this parking good service but could hace bigger parking signs the first time we went there by sat nav we had to drive up and down the road alot as we could only see the Tyre place

Good service. Car park a bit difficult to find, in spite of directions;it was notvery clearly labelled. Swift transfer to & collection from airport.

directions are good but the "named" roundabouts do not actually display any names except the last one. perhaps directions to go straight on at two roundabouts would be better ??

No hitches at all. We were expected, paperwork done swiftly and off to the airport straight away. On our return, transfer arrived within 15 minutes and straight back to car park. How nice that the car was waiting for us by the gate - didn't have to trawl up and down lines of cars looking for it! Key waiting - away within 5 minutes. Not the most glamorous of settings, but efficient and great value compared with some of the 'biggies'. Quite close to airport as well. All in all an excellent choice by us!! Thank you

The directions were confusing in that the parking was really badly signposted, there was infact no sign for Happy Days Parking, was badly lit, so caused a great confusion and panic as i was running circles around the place. The staff contacted for help in directions, weren't very helpful... mind you it was at 5.30 in the morning.

I had to call 3 times to be collected from Terminal 1.This was at 4.30pm and it took almost an hour for the minibus to turn up Did I get any explanation or apology? I'm still holding my breath.

Directions could be clearer, had to stop twice to ask where car park was. Parking surface uneven and muddy also toilet facilities very basic, seemed to be one porta loo. However, staff very friendly, pick up and drop off very timely and coach new and well signed.

I rang from luggage collection, our transport back to the car was waiting for us as we walked out of the terminal, our car had also been brought around when we arrived at the depot, the service could not have been better.

Great service, nice drivers, but the scrap metal yard entrance is a little bit worrying, if the initial entrance was made better, this would send accross the message that this place definately sends accross with your staff and great service. thank you very much and happy new year
