The location was the back of a builders yard with a portacabin for the office. The environment was rough and scruffy. It was a considerable distance from the airport and not easy to find I felt uncomfortable leaving my car there I believe I bought a service with 5-10 min intervals for bus waits. When I got there they said 15 mins. I suspect that was because they only had one bus. The person I was greeted by at the desk was close to customer unfriendly. Won't be using happy days again

thankfully the transfers and staff made up for the rather "scruffy" appearance of this parking lot. Otherwise - good location - easy to find - quick transfers. Would probably use again all the same.

dificult to find because sign facing the wrong way, small map would be better than directions which are rather vague!

Despite the initial look af the place when we arrived... my wife was slightly concerned as we turned into what looked like a scrap merchants yard... the experience was hassle free and pleasant. The hand over was painless, the transfer was almost immediate to the airport terminal and the staff did the job fine, but did not seem the happiest! On our return I phoned the number we were given and 10-15 minutes later the minibus arrived to take us back to the car park. Again a painless experience, car seemed well looked after, we were assisted with loading the luggage into our car and we were on the road home within a few minutes. Would use them again.

this was the cheapest we found when booking , and i am very happy with the service that was given. the staff were very friendly and helpful and it was all very easy. i would certainly use this car park again and would recommend others to as well. they even washed my car for me !!!!!!!!!!

The site was easy to find and only a short distance away from the airport. The pick up form the airport was quick and my car was waiting for me when I returned to the site. I would use them again when travelling from Heathrow.

long delay in arrival of transport after landing(it was very late at night) but compensated by my car being delivered to the airport terminal thus saving the time to be taken back to the Happy Days car park.

When arriving to park the may car, due to the previously parked cars it was not the easiest of tasks to get to a point where it was possible to park my car. It might be better if some form of location specification might be an idea, so you know precisely to park your car?

This is a dififcult to find parking place - directions are only helpful if you come from the M4 but sincethere was a severe accident there we had to approach from the north - difficult! An excellent, speedy transfer to Heathrow got us there fast and in time for our flight, but the pickup wa dreadful - delayed pick up and then we toured Heathrow trying to find "another driver" eventually located at terminal 1 not 3. The yard is small and our exit was blocked so there was a further dealy in getting out. Despite the competitive price we won't use this again.

The car was safe and secure, the staff friendly and efficient. Prompt transfer to and from airport and value for money. Would use again.

On the ourward journey, we were rushed into the bus by gesture, only to then wait for 10 mins while other passengers arrived. It was quite funny really, as the little group of strangers on the bus were bonded by the experience of being herded by the driver! Clearly not one of his Happy Days! Otherwise fine and we will certainly use your service again. P.S. Return driver was fine.

Happy Days Parking was excellent value and offered a very friendly and efficient service. The staff both on departure and arrival were friendly and helpful, they did not hesitate to help load the cases and bags into the minibus. On arrival from Heathrow it was only a short wait until the minibus arrived to pick us up and the car was ready and waiting for us. We will definitely be using this car parking service in the future.

got a good service,infact left a item in our car, called happy days and they got it to us before we took off on our flight. Thanks amillion

My only comment is that the site entrance and sign is not very obvious - we missed it and had to back track as soon as we realised we had gone to far.

We arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected which considering we were travelling from Scunthorpe to Heathrow was not bad timing. The yard was locked up with no-one about. We called the number to be told we would have to pay £10 for someone to come out.When someone finally did arrive to deal with us we were instructed to read several posters on the desk all of which, if not complied with incurred a £10 charge. The compound was so disorganised and scruffy and cars were being shifted around to accomodate new arrivals that we asked for an inspection to be done on our car, and guess what!!!!! this would incurr an additional charge of £15 because it would take 15minutes to complete.On stating that this was rediculous we were told that it was like any public car park and you parked at your own risk. When I pointed out that you did not hand your keys over to anyone in a public car park we were told to go and park in the airport car park for £150 pounds if we wanted but we would not recieve a refund from Happy days.We were so distrusting of this company that we recorded our mileage. When we returned from our holiday after ringing to say we were waiting at the designated bus stop it took them 50 minutes to finally pick us up and only 10 minutes to get back to the compound. These people need an injection of customer service. We will never book with them again.

Happy Days parking is off airport and the facilities are adequate rather than excellent. However, the costs are a lot less than mainstream competitors and the service is excellent with friendly staff. Our waiting time on returning from holiday was actually less than the courtesy bus for the large parks

excellent customer service really great people and easy to use service signage on entrance very difficult to spot when driving down the road on a whole very good value for money

Helpful friendly staff, quick trip to terminal and pickup on return. Don't waste money at the airport,this is good value. Will use again next time. Thank you.

Easy to find, only 10 minutes or so from HR, quick transfers both ways, very obliging & friendly staff, good value for money

Generally excellent value for money although car park was hard to find as operated under different names. On return my car was not ready as wrong tab was attached to my keys. Nice people though
