We were picked up and taken immediately to terminal four and had to wait only five minutes on our reply. When we got back, the car was there, windows open in the sunshine and the cool air ready to go. It could not have been a better service from very friendly staff.

On the whole we had a good experience with the service and found it good value for money. My car was returned in one piece, no scratches and none of the scary stories that you hear about some of these car parks manifested. Car park was a bit difficult to locate, so not a good idea if you are running late for your flight. I was a satisfied customer.

I'd use this car park again- the service was good and the car park felt safe and secure. However, I waited 40 minutes at Heathrow to be picked up, which I felt was rather poor. But for the price I didn't mind too much.

Very cheap but then it felt it when you got there - seems to be very small company hence wait for shuttle bus upon return was a good 20mins at least. Wouldn't use again - they just didn't inspire confidence.

Drop off was quick and easy with a friendly driver and good guidance as the where the pick up point was. Called after picking up my bag and was picked up from Term 3 within 15mins. Then on the way back the driver was diverted to terminal 2 for a pick up, then to Term 1, then to Term 2, then back to Term 3 and finally back to Term 1 for another pickup. By the time I got to my car, I had been on the bus for the best part of 40 minutes (exact time not noted). I complained on the bus and was told "I appreciate that" but nothing changed, the pick ups just kept coming. The driver also complained to the controller but was told to do the pick up's regardless of the present passengers thoughts. It struck me as amatuer night and the staff only cared about margins and not service. To be fair though, the car was waiting right by the door when we finally did arrive and the windows left open to air the car as it was a hot day. The pick up spoilt the overall service and as this is a major part of what they offer for the money, I would NOT reccomend this company.

I think it would benefit the company to make their directions a little better, probably OK if you know the area but directions (roundabout exits in particular) are a bit ambiguous. Also to have a much bigger sign near the entrance to the car park from the main road.

Very pleased with the service I received, everything was efficient transfer and collection - staff very pleasant

The car park was easy to find and the directions given were good. We unloaded our car once there and a minibus took us straight to the airport and the driver helped us with our bags. On our arrival back to the airport we called the car park and they sent the mini bus to collect us, he was there within 20 mins. Our car was waiting for us on our return, no problems at all. A great service for a very reasonably priced car park so close to LHR. We will definately use them again!

The service was very good. I was transferred to the airport straight away and didn't need to wait. On arrival I had to wait for the transfer just 10 mins. The only problem was that the sign to the parking gate is not clear and I missed it at first.

Got a lovely welcome from helpful staff.Informal family atmosphere. Not much in way of facilities and the ground was gravel. Small site - no long drive to park car and car was brought up for collection.

Very efficient....only waited 10 minutes for pickup from airport. Very friendly driver. Car was ready to go . Will be using again.Why pay more...for less service? John (Leicester)

If you are struggling for money use this car park, otherwise you may not be comfortable using a place which is next to a scrapyard! Nice staff but very poor access and car park surface.

Last minute booking staff at car park barely spoke and did not instil in us confidence that our car would be taken care of . Several cars were being returned to car park while we were there and not being driven as I would have expected. We thought that the whole enterprise was run badly and no customer service was apparent to us We appreciate that we paid at the lower end of the market but that is beside the point . your comments would be welcome and have you ever visited the site and did it come up to your expectations.

Was not the friendliest service but did deliver the goods. Didn't have to wait long for the shuttle either end and the service was efficient; A little customer pampering would have been nice. Overall, ok. Would use again,, especially as one of the cheaper services.

Good value for money. Literally no more than 10 minute drive from the terminal. On the downside, after a long flight the last thing you want is to wait to be picked up no matter if it was only for 20 minutes to half hour.

A very rough and ready car park which does exactly as it says on the tin! Excellent value for money and it is very close to the airport. I would definately use it again.

i was horrified to find that after i had collected the car with windows open and sun shinning, it wasn't untill the next morning when i got into my car, there was a smell and i found that all my school work on the back seat was wet. the floor also. I believe that who ever parked my car for the 9 days, had left the window open. I can assure you that i did not have the back window open when i arrived from Cornwall to park. So therefore although the staff were friendly and helpful, the dissapointment and considerable distress at having to throw away work that i had perpared for school, and at having to dry the inside of my car, and the smell taking several days to subside, well all in all it was dissapointing.

Was kept waiting for 30 minutes when transfered to the airport and then again for over an hour on my return. My car was also returned with dent which appeared to be caused by someone sitting on the bonet, a very costly repair to me of which (un)happy parking have not liability.

Everything went extremely smoothly, booked online, printed the voucher, directions given were good. Overall and enjoyable experience and excellent value for money

It's cheap and cheerful basically. They are efficient and easy to get to as well as quick in picking you up (about 5 min from airport)but staff is very unprofessional. Also the car park looks more like a junk yard but our car was returned as handed in so I have no complaints in that way. The van that took us to the airport was quite dirty and old though. As it's cheap you can't really ask for more I suppose but not sure I would use again. They are called Happy Days, UB8 and somthing else which I cannot remember, but seems all one company
