I always choose now to park yourself as other companys have damaged my car in the past and they denied all responsibility. It shows me that most other people using this Park respect other owners cars parked next to there vehicle this establishment offer better piece of mind in my opion. CCTV and high fence very secure well happy.

The only problem I had was on finding the place. I kept on looking for the company name rather than believing it was just the standard long term car park. I was not sure until my return that I actually was in the car park I paid for. In retrospect, the instructions were fine. But for a long term parking novice, not so straight forward more clarification of confirming correct car park. Also why did I have to go the cashier even though I had already paid? An unnecessary step

Everything was ok.i didnt have any problem but when i go out the ticket machine had a problem its didnt work so i went to find somebody to help me.

After a fairly long drive from Devon early in the morning it was a relief to arrive at the car park, park and have stress free bus ride to terminal 3. On return, our arrival on a Sunday morning co-incided with several longhaul flights so the terminal was very busy. At the designated pick-up bus stop there were more passengers than could be accomodated on one bus so there seemed to be some wait, when tied, for the next bus. Perhaps being a Sunday there were less buses in use, however a large number of people arriving at the same time is not the fault of the parking company. Overall I was happy with the service and would definately use this company next time.

Well arranged and apparently secure carpark. Shuttle bus to the Terminals is good. The return shuttle at 7 pm on a Wednesday took some time to arrive. Consider £10 a day reasonable value for the service (cheaper than a minicab from South West London).

Very good service which I would recommend to anyone wishing to leave their car at Heathrow.

easy to find,good transfer from parking to terminal and back to parking on arrival back in the uk. could have been a little bit cheaper, but all in all a very easy and hassle free, and safe place to leave your vehicle with good connections to the motorway.

Directions exactly to the correct car park along with the payment printout will be helpful.

When I was picked up at Terminal 3 on my return, the coach driver accelerated very soon after I got in and with a suitcase in one hand and a travelbag in the other, I fell and hurt my hand and wrist! (Not very useful when you are a chiropractor!) There were only 2 other people on the coach and it seemed completely unnecessary and disrespectful of the driver!!

Signposting and instructions clear. Clear directions upon entry to the car park. Bus transfer to and from terminal within 10 minutes of arrival at car park and at the end of return flight. Very pleased with the whole experience, would use again and recommend unreservedly to other potential customers.

Was pleased with the service and transfer times. But ran well and all staff were helpful.

Booking and paying for the parking was easy. Finding the Long Stay car park via the directions was easy. We found a parking space quickly, the transfer process was efficient - we waited only a couple of minutes for the bus on the way to the airport and only about 5 - 10 minutes on our way back from the airport. We were delayed slightly from the time we originally stated we would return due to the Icelandic Volcano eruption, however we were not charged extra. The only thing I would say is - make sure you go into the Customer Service office if you have pre-payed, as they have to validate your ticket, (This was not made clear when booking on the internet - so caused minor frustration when we tried to leave!) However, overall was very good - and the car was exactly the way we left it!

We were stuck abroad due to the ash cloud. We were very surprised that we got a text from the carpark to update us, and very unexpectedly, the 5 extra days parking was not charged for. That is how one gets and retains customers. None of our fellow stranded passengers had such service. The car park is very easy to find, the shuttle service frequent and excellent. No time wasted when arriving or leaving(we booked on line).

Having printed a map etc, we did get confused in confimring which car park it was on arrival as we looked for the APH logo. But having established via the intercom it was correct everything else was plain sailing aferwards. Would certainly use again!

Very close to airport . Could of done with more detailed info to find it, Would use again ,very close and easy to use.

This car parking is very good value for money.I all ways book earley. This I find, saves even more.Any time that I have had to use the service of the staff. I have found that they are very helpful and polite. I recall an occasion,when my flight was delayed departing Larnaca due to a tech problem with the aircraft. Whilst waiting in the lounge at larnace airport.I made a call to the car parking staff at Heathrow.They said that there would not be a problem.When I arrived at Terminal 1.To phone them,they would arrange transport from the Terminal to the car park. So on arrival at Terminal 1.I phoned,as instructed.Within,seven minutes,the coach arrived and took us to the car park.The Driver set us down right by my car.That's what I call service. When I passed the office,near to the barrier,where you exit. I called into the office.I asked if there was anymore to pay on my ticket.As I was late.The chap who was there said.No sir,no extra charge. We left,making our way home.At the end of a long trip. What eased the pressure.Was the standard of service,that took the edge of what was a tiresome day.Thanks to the way,our late arrival at heathrow was handled by your staff. With this level of service.why go else where. I shall be making a booking,for my next trip in October.

Relatively easy to find. Shuttles still required from car park to airport but I didn't have to wait very long in either direction. Didn't see any staff but appeared secure. Good value.

Easy to find, good directions, well signposted, everything looks new and efficient. A clear layout meant it was easy to park, then a short walk to the transfer bus to Terminal 1. Nice and easy return, no problems on exit. Although not necessarily the cheapest option, definitely the one to go for to provide peace of mind and a hassle-free experience. PS I was only there for two days, so it's not just what I would call 'Long Stay'.

The first time I have used parking at the airport, will use from now on. Coming from the small town of Boston, where I usually take the train, which means a number of changes and excessive costs, the car parking facility offered by your company was simply wonderful. To go from the terminal to my car and without having to lug baggage everywhere was undescribable. Highly recommended.
