I liked the convenience of the car park being so close and the frequent bus transfer without having to think. It would have been better though had we not had to go in to Customer services to effectively sign out, when our regisration plate had already been taken and we pre paid - I would have like to have just driven out of the car park, especially when you're arriving home so early

on arrival at the carpark,we took a ticket and the barrier raised to let us through.we were able to park almost anywhere.we duly noted our parking area and nearest pick up point.at the pick up point,we waited for roughly 10 minutes. on our return,we found the pick up point very easy to find. had only a 5 to 10 minute wait and we were back at the car park. our ticket said refer to cashier and so iwent into the cashiers office.was in and out in 2 minutes. overall,a quick and easy experience that i would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Said it all - worked really well - took a ticket on entry; auto registration worked on exit - perfect. Plenty of spaces. Car safe and secure. Bit of a wait there and back for the buses, but otherwise happy and would probably use again.

Arrived at the Car Park (Very easy to find) took a ticket from the machine parked up in a nice space under a floodlight. Few minutes walk from a bus stop and I did not have to leave my car keys which was even better! Highly recommended would definatley use this car park again next time I fly from Heathrow.

Highly recommend this service. We would have appreciated a map to get us there as the written directions were a little short on detail and we don't have SatNav! Although your questionnaire asks us to rate the customer service and so we have rated it, we actually had no contact at all with any of the staff so our rating is not based on our experience- this, of course, confirms how easy the whole automated process was.

we returned on 28th December after 18 day holiday, car battery was down , wife and child was allowed to sit in the mechanics car while quick complimentary car battery charging was provided

Took ticket on arrival at barrier. Inserted ticket at barrier on exit. Actually arrived back an hour late but this was no problem. Found a space easily. Courtesy bus arrived very quickly both ways. Excellent value for money. Will use this service again.

when we arrived at heathrow, we followed the signs for long stay parking, but then drove right past the entrance, not every well signposted. Found a space quickly, and the transfer coach arrived within minutes, i guess we were lucky and on the return journey, only had to wait a few minutes in the bus shelter. Had a small problem upon leaving the car park, I went into the customer service office as per instructions to demonstrate we had pre-paid, and our records were not on the system...which was strange given its a service you book via the internet. Still, the staff member checked the paperwork I had and let us pass through fairly quickly. All in all, as all airport parking is expensive, I thought their price was reasonable and it got us to the terminal without delay.

Did not come into contact with parking staff but otherwise we could not fault the service provided.

Was well worth the money, the pick up service from and to the terminals was efficient and on time. The access was easily to use and find, well directed web side instructions and with sat nav it's even easier. Will use again.

Entry to car park wasn't a problem. Parked car. Remembered to note parking Area, lane number and bus stop number and headed for Departures. Two weeks later picked up car, inserted ticket at Exit and headed home. Much better than booking an Airport Hotel

It was easy to book online, easy to find at Heathrow. The bus came quickly and we got to our terminal in next to no time. The return trip was just as easy and we were driving home within an hour of touchdown.

I pre booked my parking and found everything ran very smoothly. Parking on arrival, bus transfer to Terminal 1, all as advertised. On return I discovered that my parking ticket had gone missing from my bag. Not to worry, the staff were excellent and sorted it out in no time at all. Thank you.

Clear directions; plenty of parking spaces; speedy transfers and convenient. One complaint - bus leaves before luggage in place and caused my husband to nearly fall over!!! Would one minute delay make any difference???

very easy to use website, good price , easy to park with a quick bus pick up, customer service staff very good.

Very efficient service. A transfer bus arrived within a few minutes both at arrival and departure. Easy to find the car park, easy to find a space, no problem locating the bus stop to catch bus back from the terminal. Worth the couple extra quid for a hassle free service and that little bit closer too.

it was easy to book and the parking experience was hassle free.All you have to do ,if you pre-book is drive in and drive out, no fuss!

It's a no brainer - you drive in, park, take keys (no one will be driving your pride & joy) and fly.Come back unlock car drive home.

We actually discovered upon exit that we'd parked in the wrong car park, but as the ticket machine on entry came up with our car details we didn't realise this. The experience therefore cost us an extra £65 which was rather a shock. Upon arrival at the airport in the dark we missed the sign to Long Stay Car Park and followed Business Parking and Long Stay Car Park, then missed the vital sign. A salutary experience. Had the machine in Business not recognised us, we'd have realised our mistake.
