Weve used this car park twice now and will be using them again later in the year! We arrived at 5am each time so we didnt see any parking staff. The whole process was smooth no problems. Shuttle bus very prompt both ways.

I had to change flight back a couple days later, I couldn't modify booking online and was unable to call at british business hours.. Because of this I had to pay at the "gate rate" additional days. I hope you can improve this in the future, next time before booking parking I will check availability of this feature..

It eased the arrival procedure and was conveniently located on-airport. The transfers were fast and efficient (about 15 mins to terminal 3 with normal mid-morning traffic) and a bus arrived within 5 minutes of parking. On the return we picked up a bus as soon as we walked out of the terminal in early afternoon. Cost was not cheap (108 pounds for 21 days) but we reduced it by shopping around and paying in-advance. Apparently the number plate recognition did not work when we arrived, however the customer services cleared it up when we left - or else we would have had a bill for over 300 pounds!

Easy access. Bus stops within easy walking distance. Excellent buses with convenient level storage for cases. Well lit and no hassle on departure. Felt very secure at all times. Good value for money and being on airport removes stress of waiting for off site buses at irregular intervals.

When I realised I had booked the time in to the car park way too late, the staff on the helpline number handled it really well and emailed the new arrival time confirmation easily and without charge. The parking was straightforward as was the transfer. I like to use this car park as it is really easy to find, and with plenty of space usually.

I would definitely use this long stay car park again. We were in South Africa for 3 weeks and didn't worry about the car at all. The bus transfer service was very prompt in both directions. We felt it was good value for money for peace of mind.

Plenty of parking spaces in zone we were told to park in, bus stop close by , did not have to wait for a bus from or to car parkas there was one ready,on our return the driver asked which zone we were parked in instead of stopping at each zone as we were the only ones on the bus. At the reception the man on the desk was very polite and helpful to.

When i arrived at the terminal 1,2,3 parking car park i thought i would phone just to check even though my paperwork said that specific car park. The lady on the phone said i was on her system booked into terminal 4 car park. I assured her that my paperwork was correct. She said there was nothing she could do and i would have to go to the reception area at the exit. They fortunately sorted it out. Made me angry to start with.

No designated parking near the pay booth/office. The Parking Attendant did not recognise the paperwork I had printed out from my Computer. That said, he accepted it finally and presented me with the exit card.

It was a smooth process as usual. Have parked here before. The only downside is the transfers being 20-30minutes apart. Other than that no problems.

It was extremely easy to find. Car park was 1st class. Buses were modern and comfortable. On-line booking was simple and it was easy to leave the park. Plenty of shelter at the bus-stop. Will definately use the sevice again.

Generally fine. A good location, easy to find, well lit and organised parking area; prompt,clean and efficient transit. BUT do not be late back!!!! I was charged £15.00 for being three hours late back - making the total cost of my stay considerably more. This is obviously where you make up for the reasonable daily rate!!!!

Overall,I had no real complaint. When I arrived,at the car park.The road markings inside could have been better.As I found myself driving the wrong way around to the parking bays.This was due to the white markings on the road not showing up. On the paperwork that you sent via e-mail,your directions to the car park were ok to a point.But failed to give guidance as to what to do,when you return.Please add this to your instructions. Those are the only,issues that I could say that I have a problem with.Otherwise everything was good.The interaction that I had with staff,on leaving was good. Your staff are polite and helpful. I would use your service again.In fact I am going to Cyprus in september,so will be booking with you then.

Iwas impressed once i had clarified on the phone that my booking was able to be used at terminal 4 as advertised although directions sent were all for the long stay 123 not long stay 4.Staff on phone were very helpful in sorting out my booking

Very impressed by the parking and bus service, although we didn't see any attendants whatsoever, either way, and were not sure where we could park so we just parked anywhere.

On return to vehicle it would not start due to flat battery but this was sorted in no time at all by pleasant person in office and the mechanic that got me going. One small point - had to ask road sweeper where office was. Could not see it or signs for it. Info on letter re site of office would be helpful on booking exiting form.
