very good services. Quick to reach the airport. The airport shuttle is great and very frequent. Will use it again.

Very easy to find on way up to airport I rang up to extend my stay and it was quick and easy to do

I missed my scheduled flight bag drop deadline by 2 minutes and had to pay extra. This was frustrating as I had 5 minute wait before leaving park for airport with 15 minute transit time. Give ample time to help manage delays.

All experience isngood and excellent service from the company. The only issue I had was when we returned my car had been moved to a different location within the car pwrknandnwas parked by some one that couldnt see what they were doing. As ofbthis I checked my car over amd found some scratches but as I didnt check it before I cant confirm it was due to the company. I have only added this because of the extremely poor parking and lack of care to my vehicle.

Nice, friendly staff. Could have done with better signage to help us find the place more easily but once we were there I felt happy and confident with the service. Not too much of a wait either way.

The Southall car park is some distance from the airport and a devious journey so it is advisable to give yourself plenty of time on your first visit. The route is clearly explained on your schedule and very well signposted. Handover on departure and pick-up on arrival well organised. Would use them again as we experienced no problems and they remain competitive .

But when I collected the car the did not tell me it was slightly damage, looked like they scrapped the car front spoiler on some concrete possibly a kerb and scratched it, It was not the before as the car is almost brand new. Otherwise OK experience, one of the drivers was miserable and unhelpful

The service provided was great, i had a question after booking so called on the number provided and got straight through to a staff member who was very helpful. On arrival was put straight on a shuttle bus and was at Heathrow within 15 mins, on return, only had to wait 10 mins for the bus and was back at my car very quickly. Also the price of parking was at least 50% cheaper than other options. Will certainly use Purple Parking again!

I almost missed my flight because the bus did not leave every 15 minutes as you advertised. And on my return waited for almost 40 minutes for the bus to arrive to pick us up.

This carpark was half the price of others but that didnt mean half the service. Transfers were regular and quick and it's an all round secure and efficient long stay carpark. I would use again without hesitation.

Great value for money parking. Good service. Quick transfers. Alittle delayed when arrived at LHR T5, but all in all smooth service!

Satnav recommended for getting to off airport car park location but well sign posted on arrival. Reception process easy and well organised. Bus to airport okay, but pick up on return a bit slow.

Horrid on return, took over an hour to get from terminal to car. Called their 0845 from my mobile five times over an hour. Apparently the bus kept filling up at terminal three so just left us standing in the rain in terminal one. Lovely. Staff were unhelpful, from suggesting I was confused and not really at a bus stop to telling me to be patient after 40 minutes of waiting.

Easy to book and pay for. Arrived they already had my information ready at the check-in. Swift transfer to the airport. London traffic varies. Flew back - Phoned to confirm that I had arrived, clear direction given for pick up point. Again swift transfer back to my vehicle. No problems. Will use again for future trips. Vehicle still in good order when picked up.

The car park itself was a little off the beaten track but it was easy steps to follow to park your car . The transfer was easy just jump on a mini bus and off you go . On return just call them as you get your bags go to the bus stop that's just outside the main doors 10 mins after your back at your car . I would defo use this car park again. we go away twice a Year I have found a Good car park at gatwick now I have found a good one at heathrow hope this helps if anyone who's looking for a car park.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Directions were acurate and easy to follow. Would recomend to friends. If you book through purple parking you have to pay card fee's so I booked through another company which didn't charge a fee for card transactions
