Car park difficult to find, but very good directions given so no problem. Transfers efficient and friendly, bus waiting for us on return. Not too expensive, so overall very good value for money, would use them again.

The transfer to the airport was fine, but on the way back it was a very long wait at the bus stop. It took over an hour from our phone call that we had landed to drop off at our car. I'm not sure that we would use Purple Parking again.

Simple booking, easy to find, quick and easy process dropping car off and transfers to and from the airport. Would definately use again.

Spent half an hour at each leg of the journey to and from T5 waiting for the transfer bus. This meant the transfer time was 45 minutes for to and from Terminal 5.

Transfers were punctual even though the return journey took a little longer due to rush hour traffic. Not the easiest place to find but that could have been down to my navigator and the fact it was dark. Overall very satisfied and will use again.

Comparing prices, the valeted car delivered to terminal 5 on our return was a no brainer. 20 minutes from aircraft to getting on the M4 - smooth or what?

Booking was simple, finding the carpark was simple, trying to get back to the carpark at the end of the holiday was awful! I rang the number as soon as I got off the plane as requested on the paperwork given when we dropped the car off, and was told to make my way to the bus stop stated and a van would be there shortly. An hour and 15 minutes later, 2 further phone calls from myself and at least 3 other phone calls from the 19 other people who had joined us, and 1 minibus turned up, which did not even fit everyone on (they knew they needed at least 2 buses as I had told them that we wouldn't all fit on, to which the lady in the office told me that not everyone who was waiting would be waiting for Purple Parking - she was wrong). A lot of people were understandably quite annoyed at having had to wait so long in low temperatures at 8am after overnight flights, yet the driver did not apologise, although at least he wasn't rude with it. Instead he just said it was out of his control, he was just the driver, and it was busy on the M4. When we drove to the carpark we could see it was just standard heavy rush-hour traffic, which surely they encounter every day around the same time considering their location? As customers we provide our flight details as part of the booking process, so they are fully aware of how many people are arriving at what time. Surely it wouldn't be too hard to pre-empt the phone call to say we've landed and ensure enough vehicles are available? And prepare for London's rush-hour traffic! Other carparks I've used at other airports have managed it easily enough. In short, although Purple Parking are definitely the cheapest long-stay carpark near Heathrow I will not be using them again, and I would not recommend them to anyone else.

i don't often use parking services at airports as u hear of horror stories online and in the media. I was "forced" to have to travel by car to Heathrow. So I needed to find a carpark for two weeks. Thinking it was going to cost me the earth I was surprised to learn that purple parking was going to charge me £66 for the two weeks. Thinking added extras will be added at checkout I was keeping an eye on the price for the last minute hike in price, there was none. Getting there was easy, their instructions accurate. The amount of CCTV on the way to the carpark was great and the security on my way to reception helped relieve all my worries about leaving my car at an airport car parking service. Staff friendly and my return was just as easy as my departure. Punctual professional and simple. Would definitely use purple parking again!

On arrival, handling is perfect. At times it takes slightly too long to start journey towards terminals, although so far, this has not caused me problems or missed flights,ever. But on return, service could be better. Generally, from the moment I make a call after leaving aircraft, it takes longer than ideal for transfer vehicle to arrive. Service from this point on is entirely driver dependent. Some are pleasant enough, others can be nuisance to deal with. Upon my last return, I was very disappointed to see the driver take the wrong route back to your parking facility and also took his time driving, seemingly without a care in the World. Although in communication and approach he was pleasant enough, he should take on board that on conclusion of a journey, traveler would like to get home as fast as possible, not as slow as possible.

It seemed to take a long time to re-enter the parking area on return from Heathrow. There was a small queue of registering cars ahead of the transport - surely your own buses should have dedicated re-access? Even when the bus was at the kiosk it took a very long time to be granted access - for only three passengers. These aspects need addressing. Customers would appreciate a swift re-entry after the hassle of flying. Otherwise excellent.

Although we had to wait longer than expected for the transfer back to the carpark this time, which was possibly due to a busy period mid afternoon,overall the level of customer service was very high. The transfer drivers were very friendly, helpful & cheerful.

There was no jostling and hustling as with public transport plus waiting times for trains buses etc. Travelled with peace of mind knowing I would neither push and shove nor wait for next train in the rain . Wet shoes and all as you know. Wish I knew about it before

As soon as we arrived at Purple Parking we were taken straight to the airport. Fab service. When we arrived back to the UK the mini bus was waiting there for us...no hanging around. Would definitely use them again. I had a cough on the way home and the bus driver even gave me a mint to suck, Excellent value!!!! Don't hesitate book it!

We arrived after 10pm and I phoned to say we would be ready for pick up. I said Terminal 4 first then called back 30 seconds later when I realised it was terminal 3. The 1st call was at 1052pm. After 3 more calls asking where the bus was we were picked up at 1145. We had to via another terminal before getting to my car after midnight. Hardly a prompt service!
