Only complaint is that the actual car park spaces are quite small - considering the size of most cars nowadays... but that is a universal problem, not just at your car park (maybe except for the US...)

The prices quoted on GoSimply were nearly as low as the off airport parking that can 10-15mins drive away from the airport -so overall it was excellent value for money.

Every time I stay at LHR or LTN I prebook the car parking, but my ticket is rarely recognised when I exit the car park (although it is supposed to...) so I have to go and give my ref.no./print-out in person... Annoying when I have been told that you can just put your ticket in the machnie and it will take a photo of your licence plate and let you through!

When I inserted my ticket to pay it said I had almost £80 outstanding, despite pre-paying. I had to go to Customer Services, show proof of prior payment & be issued with a new ticket. Rather a waste of time

Probably due to the extreme weather conditions we were unable to leave the Car Park immediately, as we could not lift the exit barrier automatically, by insertion of the prepaid ticket. The staff on hand were very helpful and raised the barrier for us.

Generally the facilities, transfers etc. were fine. I had prebooked, however, which wasn't recognised when I was about to exit. It's not the first time this has happened and it is rather frustrating.

When I returned from trip the exit machine did not accept my prepaid card and requested payment at full price. I had to reverse off the machine area and get help from the office staff. They quickly rectified the problem.

My experience was excellent in every way and it proved to be very much simpler than I expected. My previous experience of parking at Heathrow has been something of a nightmare - and extremly expensive - but parking (at Terminal 5) on this occasion was absolutely fine. It was very straightforward: easy to fnd and easy to exit. I was very satisfied and thought it excellent value for money.

No VAT eceipt is issued at time of booking ... a pain to have to phone for receipt and a cost and time issue When driving into car park nymber plate not recognised initially.. unsure what to do as therer is no intercom on ticket box with staff

Overall, everything worked fine until I was on my way out. I had prepaid for a week's parking and when I inserted my card while exiting the car park, I was informed that I had an outstanding balance of £198. This was clearly an error, and I had to park and go into the customer service area and sort it out. In the end, it was sorted out without too much difficulty. Nevertheless, I have no idea why the mistake was made and it was an inconvenience.

Easy process to access and exit car park. Transfer service was good in that I only waited a couple of minutes for both to and from airport

Secure self parking. Transfer to and from airport was not as frequent as one would have expected. Reasonable value for money.

OK, so its a cheapish long stay car park, not far (15 mins?) from T5. However, on the website they make a big deal of the automated prepayment / number plate recognition feature. However, this does not work. So on exit, you insert the ticket which you recived when you arrived - with your number plate correctly recorded, and then get asked to pay the full fee. You then have to back away from the barrier, park at the customer services, show your confirmation printout, wait for a surely member of staff to find your car on a paper list (!) - she then crosses you out on her list and gives you a validated card to exit the car park - so here is an extra 15 mins on your trip when all you want to do is get home. I saw three other cars do this behind me. Come on, its only IT, you did the hard bit correctly which was to get the number plate! - Just wire up the rest.

After having read horror stories of cars being damaged by valet parkers, we decided the best option would be to self-park and keep possession of our car keys. This worked well...although the car park was very full. It would have been helpful to have some indication as to where the free spots were. All-in-all a good service, however. Pickups and drop-offs were prompt.

Easy to find, clear signage, parking areas clearly marked. Bus stops and bus quick and simple. Good value for money.. would use again.

Having pre-paid, on arrival I noticed that the car details were not printed on the ticket that was dispensed (number plate recogntion problems?). This meant that on collection and departure I was prompted for a further full payment! This was resolved by calling the assistant to override the 2nd erroneous payment.
