frequency of the transfer coaches was very good , not kept waiting long.

Easy to find off M25 - technology recognized my number plate and a bus was waiting to take me to the terminal. I'd use it again.

close to the airport... but go to terminal 234 and then follow the signs for the T5 car park as its quicker

This is how airport parking should be: easy, convenient, quick transfers. No need to call the carpark to be transferred, no need to wait for someone to be send a bus. Very good service, will definitely use it again.

I can recommend this car park and will be using it again when I go to Heathrow. I would prefer it to be £2.00 cheaper per day, but the quality might be lost and on reflection I prefer the quality.

parking instructions were easy to follow and bus pick ups very prompt with friendly helpful drivers. much easier than catching trains or relying on friends/family to drop you off and collect. cheaper than taxi services.

Easy to find. Spaces available. Coach driver waited for us to catch up- very much appreciated. On return another helpful driver. A good experience

we missed the entrance and had to go all the way round, but once we found it, it was quick, a bus was already there and we were taken to the terminal, on the way back, we came out of the terminal and did not even have to wait five minutes and the bus arrived and we were back at the car park. I would use this again.

The booking was easy. The car park was easy to find. The bus arrived within minutes and dropped me at the departures section. On my return the bus was easy to locate and returned me to the section of the car park wher my car had been left. I did not have to pay anywhere as I had pre paid and just used ticket and drove straight out of the car park!

I would not hesitate to book the Terminal 5 long stay parking again when we next use a BA Terminal 5 flight.

Overall a very satisfactory first experience. The only down side were the poor directions from the M25 as they directed you to come off at a junction (14A) that does not exist - come off at J14 and follow the perimter road. Directions from there were fine. We overshot and came off at J15 which is the M4 interchange. Directions from there were OK.

check webpage road access directions. I believe it directed me off the M25 (from Watford)at junction 14a. I found exiting junction 14 worked fine,was nervous about staying on M25 in case 14a didn't exist or was not relevant.

Only minor complaint was that the car park was very full and it took some time to locate a free space

On our return we had a flat battery this was fixed in a very short time 5 minutes and were able to continue our journey home.

Upon entry directed by a sign to an area where there were no spaces Unclear which was the appropriate bus stop

It was cheaper to park and drive than to catch a taxi. I would recommend it, and certainly return again myself.

Lighting and signage on the entrance could possibly be better for the first time user. However good deal and a spacious car park.

Booking was easy online. Directions to the park were clear and well-signposted. On arrival, I took my ticket from the machine at the barrier, found a space, parked - noted the location on my ticket, then waited for the transfer bus which arrived within 10 minutes. On the bus we were told which bus stop numbeer to go to on our return - which I also noted on my ticket. One month later,I found the bus stop & my car easily & drove off. A troule-free experience.

Will use again, only negative was that spaces were limited and had to drive around twice before locating a spare space
