Easy to find, very close to the airport and prompt and confortable transfers

Great service. Poss. little difficult to find if didn't have co-passenger with me. No other issues and will use again.

Found the car park easily and it wasn't far from the airport. Very good value for money. Would use again.

Finding the park was ok but it would be helpful to have had a diagram to get back onto the M25. Your receptionist did give me advice but I still made a mistake.

After comparing others on the website I decided to pay the extra £5 just to avoid longer transfers to & from the airport. 5mins each way. Perfect. Would definately use this car park again without hesitation.

Got to the car park. got on the bus, went to the airport. On the way way back, same as above, but in reverse. No hassle!

I booked my parking a few weeks in advance. The price was very competitive and it was easy to find the parking as well. The free shuttle service is useful too. Overall I would definitely use it again.

Did the normal search of all the car parks for Heathrow terminal three, and NCP came out as the most convenient and well priced for me. Only negative part was that my flight was delayed, so my extra days charge worked out quite expensive. But overall very pleased

This is the second time using this parking service and was the same great experience. Waited 5 min for transfer each way. Would use again.

Have never considered NCP car parks before as had been told they were very expensive, NCP Flightpath was the complete opposite as we had booked in advance. The car park was very easy to find, a coach was waiting & took us straight to T3 for our flight. On our return there was a coach pulling in as we walked out of the arrivals exit which took us straight back to the car park and we were on our way home in a matter of minutes. We only saw 2 members of staff, the coach drivers, who were both courteous & helpful. Will definitely be booking this car park again if we have to fly from Heathrow on our next holiday.

NPR cameras let me in and out transfers were good and quick no issues :-)

Tiny site but easy and smooth to use. All cars close to bus and transfers frequent and easy - as good as official LHR long stay at a fraction of the cost. Bit tricky to find the place though!

Firstly, amazing low price. Directions very easy to follow, very easy to access and ticket barrier welcomed us by name. Plenty of space to park. Buses waiting to take us to terminal even though it was around 7am. Buses perfect for transfer. Drivers friendly. Little bit of a wait for transfer back from airport but not excessive. Dropped directly at car rather than allocated stop so that was brilliant. Easy to get ticket validated and leave. Loved that we keep keys so you don't have any doubt that your car has been in the same place whilst you are away.

This car park is fine for short or medium stay parking and good value for the cost. An Outdoors location, the Car Park looks reasonably enclosed by fencing but there was no obvious patrol type presence so hard to judge security. The main negative is that without the written instructions to hand the Car park is tricky to find. One would hope that having taken a turn off to the wanted terminal there would be an obvious NCP flightpath sign visible. There isn't...you have to quickly glance to your left crossing a bridge to briefly spot it. GPS gets you to the area but with no obvious NCP sign or park there it takes a little searching for.

I went online to find some last minute short term parking for Heathrow Terminal 3 and chose this one as it was closer to the terminal. found it easy enough and hopped on the bus. got to the terminal in 5 minutes and got my plane. return trip was similar. as I had prepaid I just put my card in the machine at the barrier and was on my way. I will be using this place again.

Transfer was prompt/immediate on our departure with only a 10 minute wait on arrival.
