I'll definitely be using this again, God willing. A very good service, the only issue is if you have a lot of bags you will have to carry/drag them to the bus stop (that's within the car park) as there are no trolleys. It's a short walk so as long as you can carry the bags you're ok. On the return journey the nice driver helped me, off his own bat, carry one of my bags. I travelled/returned during off peak times and the buses were very prompt, during rush hour I'm not sure what they're like. But overall very good and I intend to use them again.

Car park was not well surfaced and lighting was quite poor. But charge was significantly cheaper than other Heathrow Long Term parking options, and transfers to and from Terminal 1 was efficient. So, overall it was good value for money.

Very covenient fot T 1 & 3. Quick transfer to terminal and no long wait on return. Signs near the carpark now make it easier to find - a big improvement over a year ago.

Our main problem was finding it. We took the correct turn by the hotel but there were no obvious signs. The only sign we could see was for deliveries for the hotel in the direction we had to follow. After trying different routes we got back to where we started and followed the delivery sign and found the car park. I think we were confused as I knew the hotel offered car parking as well.

It is very easy to get to and avoids the hell of actually driving round Heathrow. Booked through gosimply as I liked the 3 hour grace period to either arrive early (unlikely) or late (quite possible). I found the transfer to be quick and punctual and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was more than happy to leave my car there

The location was very close to the airport so transfer time was only a matter of minutes. Parking was easy and there was a bus waiting to leave for the terminal. Bus stop 22 was easy to find on returning to Terminal 3 and we only had to wait a couple of minutes for a bus to arrive. The bus drivers were helpful and having pre-paid the system was easy to

First time I have used this car park. Was extremely pleased with the service, communication, and option to leave car and take keys with me. Gives assurance car will not be abused. Would definitely use again.

We found NCP Flightpath at Heathrow fantastic value over our 3 weeks holiday, easy to find, helpful staff, prompt bus service to terminal. This is not a huge car park so locating our car on return did not present the usual "where on earth did we leave it" problems. Will definitely use this service again.

Very good car park. Easy access in and out. Didn't have to wait long for the transfer bus either way - 5 mins max. Great location and super quick to the airport. Would definitely use again!

Used the car park before. Transfer was as expected. Driver was willing to give directions to terminal. Return journey was as good as German efficiency. Everything worked smoothly and I didn't leave my keys. Will definitely use again. If only transfer can serve other terminals it would have been a 10 out of 10

The booking was so simple I thought it was to good to be true but everything was great! Pre-pay, just drive up to the barrier and take a ticket, drive in and park jump onto the waiting bus (and take your car keys with you). Have a great holiday. Return flight, just walk out of the terminal and get onto the waiting bus. Hand in your ticket at the carpark go to your car and shoot off home. Faultless or what!!!

Staff helpful and given the difficult conditions they work under ie rude travellers ,equipment failure etc I think they did a pretty good job.

First time we used this.Very convienent site.Difficult location as it is tucked behind the hotel and in the dark would think that you were in a service yard area.Perhaps more signage along the way would give comfort and assurance .in fairness the directions were clear.Surface was poor with low lighting.Difficult to park as space was very tight. Value for money so have to accept some short coming.

Could not fault the service, car park is straight off the M4 and only 5 mins transfer from the terminal. Would totally recommend and would use again

Just make sure you know how to enter the car park. It's easy enough if you're wary when you approach.

It's near the airport and it's OK for the price... probably I'll use it again in the future

Frequent and quick transfer to/from the airport. Very easy as you keep the keys and bars open automatically (no need to go through reception). Suggestions to NCP: - Add more/bigger signs to parking. - Include instructions for what to do after returning to the airport, that is, take the NPC bus from bus stop 22 (I think), and just collect the car and go out of the parking (i.e., no need to go to reception if booked online).

Overall good experience. My flights changes last minute so I emailed and called up for extend and it was done at no extra cost. The transfer to the airport was great - on both occasions I was the only one waiting so I was taken - no waiting around for others to join. Great!

Good service, easy to use, friendly helpful staff, very close to airport and punctual pick ups.Would recommend this company.
